You might remember from an older post that I have it. :) I wept a lot while reading it, something joyous and sad all at the same time. I mean, I was bawling so much at one point that I had to break reading it into sessions after that. I have been thinking much about life and death and afterlife and the point of it all, so I have been trying to get some different views on it. I thought this book was nice because it is mainly nothing but other peoples opinions, not just the author's which is nice to hear so many different voices about death- no psycholgists, mediums, skeptics, or anything to dissuade or reinterpret what you are reading.

i have read this book and a lot of others like it. another one i really liked was Embraced by the Light. if you haven't read it you might check it out. it gives an overview of Betty Eadies near death experience and is well written. are there any other books like this you've read that we should know about, Kismet? love and blessings, New River

Hi New River, So far I've read a few James Van Praage books as well as a book by John Edwards. There was a statement or two I found worriesome in one of the books in regard to suicide so I no longer read them. They also had differing opinions on some issues, so I worried of the validity of what they had to say. I'm always looking for anything suggested to read in regard to life on the otherside and mediumship, so if you or anyone else have any suggestions, please feel free to share and thanks for the info.
