Are they link in any way? :D

Or should Zen be viewed as a form of philosophy?

I'm starting on a book called "The Complete Idiot's guide to Zen Living". Really like the idea of this zen style of living.

Any comments? Please share! :)

Zen is both spirituality and philosophy, because spirituality and philosophy aren't really separate from one another. Spirituality, philosophy, and psychology are really the same on a deeper level, just like painting, photography, and sculpture are all "Art."

Most especially with Zen, there is no dicotomy because Zen Is. :)
