Karen..Thanks for the site I have actually been trying to work with color and healing.. I have the book healing with color by Ted Andrews..I like it very much...I will type out the colors and what it can be used for and post it. It does say in the book..that these are basic guidelines. You do have to find the colors that work for you..and when using color therapy always start with a white light and end with a white light. this is for balance and to make sure that the color you are using isnt going to aggrevate the problem you are trying to use it on. There is a lot more info in the book..and I think retail price is 6.00 US..not a bad price..It is packed with info!
