Have anybody read or heard about this book "Meet & Work With Spirit Guides" by Ted Andrews. I would like to know if it is a good book to learn with.

Another book to consider is Steinbrecher's "The Inner Guide Meditation." It's from Weiser (ISBN# 0877286574.) It is a system of learning how to meet your inner guide and explains how you can learn to work with him/her. It also has an interesting idea, a system that takes your natal chart and transforms the planetary aspects into archetypal Tarot images that your inner guide can introduce you to. The correspondences are based on the astrological correspondences of the Tarot (Sun = Sun, High Priestess = Moon, etc. ... Emperor = Aries, Justice = Libra, etc. etc.
Andrews can be a good writer, too.

I have it....it's okay. I wouldn't consider it the absolute best source on contacting spirit guides, but it is cheap and does provide valuable information. I would recommend "Spirit Guides and Angel Guardians" by Webster. I know this guy has written a billion books on every New Age topic, but this is still a worthwhile source if you are looking into info about angels too.

I own it too, and find it rather ok. Avarage kinda' like, if you don't mind the sometimes dry and boring language. There's a couple good techniques provided though, and his other books are quite informative considering the price of them. So, on the whole, it makes a good beginners guide.

I have the same book as destiny, and that one's pretty good, though I haven't read the book you're talking about. The "Spirit guides&...." book has other helpful tips on pendulums, and things like that...
