Oh Gosh, and say we are not twins.
YESTERDAY, I just emailed Meewah for a trade, and I mentioned I would love to start a Yule community ritual this time for Yule as well...
Meewah knows, you know, I know. I'll emai or PM Kiama, Liliana, Mystic Dragon, Malachite and... who else should I call? Oh, yeah, Catlin, Maan and Tarotlady.
Who's gonna lead? And whoì's gonna lead the leader? The last times Arizonagirl spread notes and guidelines; maybe this time we'll simply play it by ear...
I'll check this thread often.

Hi,
I have to tell you, the holidays celebrated here on AE have not only taut me SO much, they warm my heart and help me intigrate them into my Christian beliefs..
Thanks to AE we now celebrate Samhein and look forward to learning about Yule (the story about the faeries was a great start).

Mh... I was about to contact you, but I was unsure about the goodness of the initiative - I didn't know if you celebrated the sabbaths, as I know more or less your spiritual path (i bet! ;) *LOL*) and you never mentioned it. So I decided not to...
Obviously, the people I mentioned are those I remember who participated the other times as well... The "regulars" I could recall on the spur of the moment. It is UNDERSTOOD anyone can join our party!!!

Sorceress Jade: Tarotbear started the practice of holding online sabbath rituals here a couple of years ago; hence the "to-go". This one is intended to celebrate Yule/Midwinter Solstice which occurs between December 21-23 based on the Wiccan Wheel of the Year. I am still looking for the last Yule ritual thread for an example. It might no longer be in the archives.
In previous sabbath rituals, a preliminary thread was posted in advance of the actual ritual start date by the person leading the ceremony to outline the basic "program" for clarity & to provide a guide with which all participants can follow. All are welcome.

We are getting to this rather late. The actual ritual needs to begin about 2 weeks prior to Midwinter Solstice to permit all interested to participate. The preliminaries need to begin ASAP.

I just had to echo cjtarot's comments...I just LOVE reading the "To-Go" rituals here on Aeclectic! I am also a non-practioner, but I get a whole lot of spiritual "warm-fuzzies" from reading your wise and thoughtful words. Hmmm...I might have to start printing them out and keeping them for later perusal.
I can't wait to read the Yule-To-Go ritual!

I`d like to help if I can, what exactly do we have to do? Is the actual ritual on-line and if so how does that work exactly. Sorry for so many questions. I`d love to be involved though.

It's basically a ritual but in thread form... Some people do the ritual IRL at home at the same time, but it's up to you. It's not live on Chat or anything, which is why we need to begin it around 2 weeks before... Sometimes it taks a while for peopl to respond in post.
Any help?

I like to visualize when I join in these kind of rituals. Feeling all together somewhere on astral, and imagine all the lights and items. There's a spot in my astral place that is perfect for such venues! :D *LOL*
