You mean psychically attacking the students?
You have dragons right? Could they be of any help?
I've never heard of this.
What exactly do you see or how do you percieve this is happening?

I never heard of something happening to a building with that many people in it. But you COULD do a shielding of the entire place. (Sure you didn't watch too much Buffy? This seems awful close to the current episode plotline.) Or set up guardians on the grounds--depends on what your power totem is, though.

i'm going to go out on a limb here, and suggest that there may be some things in your life that are really troubling you right now. things that you might feel you have no control over or that you would rather not face. you learn to identify and face those 'demons' and the others will not be so hard or scary.

I've seen them too. Fang attacked one that tried to follow me up the stairs from the basement. I think we've been able to imprison them though.

Firstly, I'm not entirely following the posts after the original one in this thread... Do you guys all know ach other IRL or summit?
Anyway, Arialanna: I agree with the first couple of posters on this one. If you feel as though there is something there which shouldn't be, a simple protection would be useful. Shields up style... You may also want to strengthen your aura.
Good luck!

I have some very strong intuitions on this matter, but I don't think all the posters in this thread would appreciate hearing my honest opinions on this one. So let me just borrow a crucial wisdom from Tarotbear and leave it there.
Don't open doors you don't know how to close.
This wisdom goes beyond magic, into everything we say and do, including how we portray ourselves to other human beings.

Well, I agree with what Laurel implied in her post, and I doubt that this problem you are sensing is affecting all the students. It is very easy for us to accept the fields of our own vision for that of the universe. I have a feeling this will go away when you, Mystick Dragon, and Dragon of the Night protect yourself and ignore this 'thing' thatis stalking you.

Ask yourself this: Would anyone protect me if there were a demon attacking the school?

the question isn't"would anyone protect me?" the question is, "who but us would know that a demon is attacking the school?" few if any of the other students are aware of anything out of the ordinary, so the have no way of protecting themselves

There is something which I know nearly all magcians, and most people who use magick or are mystics, use in orde to make sure what they are experiencing is real and not themselves being delusional or wishful... It's called verification. If what they experience dosn't fit with everything else, and they are the only ones ever to have experienced it, then there is usually something wrong with it.
If there is a ghost/being in the house, it helps if more than one person feels it's presence independently of anybody else, without knowing anybody else is feeling it, thus verifying that there probably IS osmething there, and theindividuals concerned are not just imagining it.
There is also a scientific theory about temporal lobes, which create the feelings of nasty htings following you, and things like that. They are not real, but you think they are cuz of the images, eleings, sounds, etc created in your head by your temporal lobes.
So, the point of my post... If there is a nasyt being somewhere, the fact that only a few people sense it, and those few people happen to know each other senses it anyway, meaning they are what psychologists would call 'biased', would usually point to there being nothing there in the first place and the individuals concerned just imagining it. It's very easy to do, very common indeed. I have done it a few times on occassion. I know very many people who hav.

let me put t this way. a friend of myne, very little magickal aptitude came here, and she was drawn to one of the buildings. none of us knew there was something there, so, I ask you, is that Biased?

OK, time for the peacemaker. There are about 12 of us who have had experiences. True to the fact that sometimes I have trouble believing everything that happens, but then I feel that if I stop, something bad will happen. I've seen about 5 people become possed, one being my boyfriend. Too much crap has happened that I can ignore it. It's up to you whether you believe it or not, but do not completely rule it out. I have had about 5 dreams where my draconic form materialized on the physical. I ask the moderator, lock the topic please. And, I'm sorry if I've offended anyone. I don't want another incident like the one with TB.

Is it biased? Can't tell, you don't give us enough info to make a statement on it.
As for possession--that is NOT a common occurance or one that's easily taken care of. I too am on the side of 'step back & take another look to verify this'. Considering the tone (frivilous) of the first few postings, it's very hard to take these statements from you folks seriously.
You never say if you've shielded or attempted a protection for the school grounds. It also appears that other students aren't being affected--only your small group. There's too much that's not making sense. Are you or your group drawing something to you instead of finding it already entrenched at the school? If there's an entity, ALL should be feeling it, not just the sensitive ones or those from your circle of friends.

The worst part about demons is they are internalized forces that manifest outwards, and fear only makes them worse. High school is a terrible age and there's a lot of stress and a lot of questioning and knowing what is "real" in the sense of objective truth opposed to subjective truth on -any- topic can feel almost impossible. In this kind of atmosphere, collective hysteria and visions isn't uncommon... the history of the witch trials is full of terrified young girls (including nuns) who really believed they were being attacked by demons, as well as those who made up stories to wilfully hurt other people, or to be the center of attention and didn't know when to quit.
This is all of course still just my opinion. But I'm pretty willing to accept that if this demon ~was~ something outside an internalized force projected outwards due to either a) fear, b)confusion c)wilful intent to harm d)attention-seeking e)combination of above that was somehow taking over a school in Edmonds, I'd be hearing a lot more about it here in Seattle, among the pagan/occult community. :)
Lock the topic if you are upset, but please remember you opened the door by bringing the topic up, and that if responses are mixed or worse, playful or critical, its only because maybe, there is no "real" monster.

Since my name was brought into this I am going to make a statement. The "Incident" with TB.
Where Firemaiden made her comment about "angels placing the tarot cards" and I said "What the HELL are you talking about?" meaning "This is never anything I have ever heard of, and I wouldn't believe it if I had." I got blasted. HOW DARE I make such a statement, denying the fact the angels exist and trodding poor firemaidens beliefs into the mud! HOW DARE I ???
I may believe in angels but I doubt they moved Tarot cards around in their free time.
If you believe in dragons, that is fine for you, I learned after the 'angel/Tarot' incident. I read the thread about the birth of the dragons ( or whatever exactly dragons do to reproduce) and smiled that people who believe in dragons relate to them on such a level. I doubt I will ever believe in dragions, either. If you believe in them, fine. I see no one here is going to get upset that you do, nor suggest you have your medications checked. A dragon thread here, and angel thread there...Hey! maybe I should be more tolerant, as those BITCHING at me suggest.
Interesting situation here - Three people start a thread SCREAMING FOR HELP! SCREAMING about psychic phemonena! Talking about dragons devouring demons and stuff out of a DC comic book as though you had asked them the time of day! I don't deny psychic phemonena; I'm the one who was quoted as saying 'Don't open a door you cannot close." What is the reaction to these many and diverse and would be considered irrational statements in a court of law?
You all sit there, calming debunking this as a 'bad dream'. Bad Boogums do not exist. Television is evil and to blame. The posters are embarassed for creating such a ruckus - THEY WANT THE THREAD CLOSED DOWN! And you all sit there, saying "There, there now - it was all in your heads. Have a hot cup of tea. You didn't really mean to yell, now, did you?"
Where is the vehement rhetoric that I was exposed to? Should you not now apply it to them? After all, they look like complete and utter fools for putting the Forum through this. All I did was argue my point.
***cups his hand to his ear***
Wow! The silence is deafening!
***walks away shaking his head***

Well, I don't scream at anybody & try to give a grain of salt.
But the thread DID start out like the current Buffy plot line........(not pointing fingers, but hey, come on!). I've touched on places that really were evil & fortunately did get out of it ok. Heard about another 'opening' west of here that manifested enough to have the place closed down by the city. There ARE things that come through sometimes, but they're not common.
Yeah, some things are hard to believe. But I'm not one who's going to be screaming about it.
