According the the results, I am "flourishing" :)
"Cherish your life. You have created it as a sanctuary for your soul as well as for those around you. Your life is like a tranquil harbor where others can come to rest and receive support. At the same time you know your true self well enough to speak the truth in a way that contributes to others. Going to the next level involves Trust. Trusting yourself, your inner guidance, and the Universe."

"Competency"
Congratulations! You've been doing good work in your life and it shows. You're living a life that works, that has integrity and you're reaping the bounty of such a life. People and opportunities are beginning to be naturally attracted to you. It's now time to take on a renewed sense of responsibility in your life. You are a light, a beacon for what's possible. In owning this, you move forward in your life as well as being an inspiration for others. To go to the next level, let your light shine. Share your gifts, your blessings and your truest nature with others, not boastfully but authentically.

um -- the test of life purpose is a bunch of question like 'do you know what your life purpose is?' I don't see much insight coming from that...

I have to agree with Patter on this one, but it was fun to try. I have a "tiny" feeling that this test is a bit flakey due to the fact it's an advertisement (Ok, it's not a tiny feeling, but rememeber that this is my own opinion). I had five other people take the test with me and *surprise* we all scored as "competency" (Hmm... I think I'm seeing a pattern here) despite the fact that all of our answers were very different and most of mine were from 1-5 (Do I know my lifes purpose? Of course not = 1).
Oh well, it was fun to play with anyway. Thanks for sharing :).

I retook the test and answered all in 1s and 2s to see how bad it could get. It declared that I was "adrift".
28 -- "Adrift"
Like a rudderless boat cast adrift at sea, tossed about by the turbulent currents of circumstance. You might view this Self Test as a wake up call. Life has so much more to offer than you are currently experiencing. Sure, it might feel at this point that you have to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, but this isn't necessarily the case. Look around. The Universe is waiting to provide you with whatever you need. The trick is to start today ; right now in the moment. What one action could you take to live more fully on purpose. Who could you call upon for help and support? What requests could you make that would begin the process of healing and nurturing your soul

Sorry, Karenwhe, no offense, but that "test" is utterly worthless in gauging purpose in one's life.
Sometimes a person's purpose for living has not a single positive value. That doesn't mean the person has to have a negative outlook (which is all the "test" scores btw, how we reveal ourselves to the world outside ourselves) but you might take into account that sometimes people are left with nothing but grinding out their existance. It happens.
The test is an example of why such people often feel so persecuted. According to the test we're competent if we've got life figured out, we "need work" if we don't. Sweet girl, that's rot.

this test was part of an advertisement,
the purpose of it was to, 1. get your e-mail address , and 2. to persuade you to get a 'personal life purpose coach'.

Wasn't the point of this test to see if you know what you're doing? Do you live your life on purpose?
I had a look but didn't take the test. I knew what I was doing.
Judging by the responses, most people here would know what they're doing. :)
I think if you scored low on this test, you'd probably benefit from the service being offered. }) Nothing wrong with that...

I think that whlist the test may not be the ultimate gauge of whthe we are living life on purpose, I think it did give lots of good advice, if you ead between the lines.
'Do you express your life's purpose' or something like that. Now, here is a good way to 'live life on purpose'. Lots of the questions did focus on things which I think are useful when trying to 'live life on purpose'.
BTW: I got 'mastery' at 90. :D
In the end, 'living life on purpose' IS knowing where you're going, why, and loving yourself for going there. Those things are some of the most important keys to a happy, fulfilled life methinks.

Speak for yourself..... I haven't got a clue most of the time what I am doing, I just go by my gut feeling (what was it called intuition ?!?!?) :) :) :) :) :) :)

I gave a fake name and e mail, and got "Competancy" although I really think I'm more of an "Adrift".
