What does Spirit sound like?

Anyone clairaudient and heard Spirit before? I'm hearing an unusual noise from my right ear. It is not coming from within the ear though. Kind of outside of it, hard to explain. Sounds high pitched - almost like a dog whistle? It has a trill quality to it - sounds like bird tweeting very, very fast. Like a high frequency sound. It is not the usual ringing in the ears when one has a hearing problem - I've had that before and that is a much lower pitch. The sound doesn't seem to be coming from my computer either. I checked. Maybe I have another hearing problem *lol* The energy within and around me is pretty strong as well. Feels positive. I put my white light shield up to be on the safe side :) Anybody heard this sound before?

ever see that movie heart of souls,, or is it heart and souls with robert downey jr. ( god that movie touches the heart of this soul) in it his child hood friends ( invisble spirits who were attached to him for some reaons revelaed in the movie * hint go see it those who didnt' see it*) came back when he was a adult and before he could heart them and see them, they were heard as high pitch whistles. exactly like that you describe. i myself hear them now and then , and i get frustrated sometiems at least speak like a normal being i say to them , but i never hear voices just high pitchs whistles,, like a hearing test. and so these are spirits talking to us yet they are on a high vibration to be translated by us. 1. raise your vibration 2. focus on your ear charka, i do this and though they haven't gotten clear i think that my unition has greatly improved , especially since i came to the forum :O) it is cool to hear them, yet i now gently remind me it would be cooler to understand you and not just hear you, i think someday i shall understand them as clearly as i hear my mom when i am the house,,, and where that will take me who knows. who knows where it will take you ? i do know this,, if you ask them to stop they shall , and be a long while before they come back if you do want them to come back. yet if you explore and grow with it ,, it will be cool . for lack of a better term of course remember 1, 2, and ground yourself :O)

wow, bless you Holmes. No I don't want them to go away :) Yes, just like a hearing test. Funny after I wrote this post, I got up and went into another room. I was looking back at my computer then saw something white flash fly by my computer. It looked kind of like a white tail or whisp of a comet like tail, white mist or something like that. I'm assuming it is my spirit guide ... I hope it is anyway. Don't need dark anything around here *lol* Also interesting that before I heard this sound, I was on the web reading about channelling our spirit guides. I've been reading tons of related things for these past couple of days and the energy in my arm and hand gets so strong, I feel the need to automatic write, but of course I always end up the scribbles. I've been looking into maybe using my ouija board to channel my guides. I have success using a board on my own easily. Sometimes my mouth just opens too, when the energy fills me, but nothing comes out. I know they want to communicate - I'm trying to find the best way for me. Then this sound - it was unique. I don't hear it right now though. Hopefully I'll hear it again. I'll definately take your advise Holmes and work on the ear chakra for sure. I find too just reading about metaphysics and spirit raises my vibrations. Probably why I heard the sound. Or maybe the ear chakra is opening now when it was closed before. I'll check on that movie too! Thanks again for the help Holmes. Edit: something just flew over my head! And then I just heard a watery type of sound. Getting a little freaky *lol*

your are increasing your vibration and your aura is opening up to higher forces, however the forces are only higher forces is your intentions, focus, and prayers (i do a little prayer before i read tarot and channel please let me recieve the highest possible wisdom and truths for the highest good of all , and before i do that i say i am asking for the highest possible guide, angel, and the creator to help us here. ) if you got the means i recomend. 1. opening to channel 2. ask your angels. 3. channeling what it is and how to do it,( the channel for this book studied some of orin and daben material who are the author of opening to channel) 3. then a book by slvia browne of when she started, 4. or search for the truth by ruth montergomery ,, it was written in the 60s ,, but still is valid. now to answer your reply. best to make sure musie ( i just check your profile) and as a stay at home mom, it is better to raise the vibration of the whole house and make an invocation or prayer only the postive forces live here , angels abound here, and such. that is how it starts for some channels i read about, they reading a book and ask if you are there, and the answer is yes, and they go holy **** ( some of them did) eheh about the need to automatic write,, some do it ,, i wouldn't .. allow me to explain. 1. you are allowing the energy of the spiritual force ( and at the beginning it can be hard to discern whihc is the higher force, the neutral force (ie. earth bound spirit for example just wanting to communicate with someone, ) and dark forces who can lie ( but if you ask them if they are from the light , they have to answer truthfully and send them light and they shan't wince) 2. i don't recommend ouija boards as they open up the gate way to all forces not just the higher forces. ok i will share my own personal story ,, which is been on many threads. i used it in my late teens years for a while trying to get good spirit, ( i was only concerned with psychic awareness and how to use it, and to see where it can go ) i didn't get a good spirit instead i got a ,,i guess the word is hooking spirit ? a spirit who said i love you , you choose me over the rest, and all the summer i heard impressions burn down the house, kill even, and it took all my will power to resist ( it is very draining) and got rid of it through cleansing means in my culture called the sweat lodge. so what i recomend is first. 1. do the grounding, raising the vibration, asking for the highest possible postive forces of the universes. 2. ask a question ,, and wait for the reply in your heart or in your mind and write it down, ( ask that they send you the message as as it is safe, slow , and you can control your growth, and they if they are postive high guides will agree as they want to the connection and relationship to be benefical to both, and loving) 3. i myself find a better connection typing the channel rather then automatic writing ( i tried to do it a few times i only got a circle not evne a squibble so i was blocked from doing it eheh ) i recieve the message, images, little phrases into my brain ,, and type it down ,, sometiems with my eyes closed a lot, as to focus on the message with out editing. 1. the guides just dont' take over someone mouth, it is frowned upon as the prefered method is conscious channel, where you and the guide are working together, rather then the unconscious channel where the channel itself goes somewhere, sometiems inside the body, or evne outside of the body, mind you this is famous channels edgar cracyce, and janeroberts, communciated, so it can't be all bad, yet if find being there conscious gives us a two way communciation when typing answers, and such. it greatly helps me to grow over time as well for your edited to add comment. a few times i saw a bird fly stirght at my head, i turned around to see no bird, it was around when i had major ear charka, toning going on,, at the time my world kind of falled apart as i went to far up and had to assimalte my outer world to coincide with my inner world. watery sound ? i never heard that but then again we all have differnt variations of abilities and levels :O) just one thing i must stress is what i been saying . 1. ground 2. raise vibation/bubble of light 3. surround house with light and say protect us angels, higher postive forces of love and light so no darkness can come in, as light attracts darkness, for darkness wants to make us weak, tempt us, (it is the job of the devil card to make us stronger by tempting us, and makeing us face our attachments and fears )

What would we do without you Holmes? Thank you soooo much. I will take all of this to heart. The way I normally get messages is through feeling them, dreams and divine synchroncities. Seems the Goddess sends me some new lesson every month. Most times I feel like a cat chasing her tail because I can barely keep up with all the information and my journal has almost run out of pages *lol* Alright I'll forget the ouija then. If you ask for a good spirit and didn't get one, well that doesn't sound good to me at all. I never had a bad experience so I guess I figured it would work okay. Anyway, my board is still packed away in a box from the move, so it is not around to tempt me *lol* The only name I ever got from automatic writing was the name "Selene" and that was just before I was called by Isis. But haven't gotten anything since then. As long as I don't have apparitions appear before me, I feel better about all of this. Alright, I just protected the whole house and there is so much salt water here (bowl of salt and my aquarium and no that wasn't the water sound :) that should help I think. I do find a peaceful atmosphere and all around good moods when I get the salt water out. Love and light

Hi Musie Here's a couple of my 'early learner' experiences: At first a very odd sensation of feeling incredibly sleepy used to come over me. Each time it happened, I just had to go and lie down and as soon as I did, I heard a thousand voices in my head, all clamouring to speak at once. Or I would be reading a picture book to the children and I would ‘wander’, only to find that I had been rambling on about something unknown to me and, frankly, scaring the **** out of my children. The most 'famous' one remembered by the children was: "This then is the Prestwick strategy" I still have no idea what that was about, only remember my lips moving but not hearing any sound coming out, so I had to rely on my 4 and 5 year old sons telling me. It worried me so much that I asked for it all to go away, and as Holmes quite rightly says, it took a very long time to come back, but when it did it was the most evidential experience of my life. It happened in the early hours of the day we moved house eleven years ago. I’d spent eighteen hours straight finishing the last of the packing and tidying, and I’d finally dropped into bed at 3am, but my mind was still buzzing with all the jobs I had left to do before the removal men came in five hours. Then, without warning, and totally out of the blue, I shot bolt upright in bed as if I’d been electrified. I felt my body lift from the bed momentarily and I felt like I was tingling and fizzing all over and, inside my ear, I heard my grandfather speak my name. It was like a tinny, long distance call from an old bakelite phone. Yet clear as a bell. And it was the most incredible moment and experience as, up to that point, I remembered him clearly although he died over ten years before, I could even remember his distinctive voice, but not the physical sound of it. It was so definitely his voice calling my name. After he had gone, the tingling faded and I felt amazingly warm, safe and tranquil, and the memory lives vividly with me still to this day. The fizzy, tingly almost cobwebby sensation – like tangible excitement – I now know is spirit coming close to me. It is the level of the dimension and energy that they live in. I too have never heard water although I do get 'crackling' like the sound of sparks. But each person receives only that which they can handle and I'm am really happy for you that you are opening yourself to these realms. But at the same time it is very important for you to ground and ask for the highest help and love because, also like Holmes, I had to learn the hard way too :) allibee

What an incredible story allibee! What a touching moment to have your grandfather come to you! As for the water sound, it lasted about a second though. The high pitched sound lasted for quite a little while though. Thank you for sharing it. We are certainly not alone :)
