i am a gather of energy like my squirrle name, but also a gather of information (i.e. my knowledge of videogames, movies, cartoons, obscure stuff)
this is the beginning of a energy healing links and information thread i like to start,
first of all i like to ask the moderators if it is ok if i cross link the links i put in a reiki thread long ago, it would fit nicely in here.
or should i just link the thread.?

here i would like also to talk aobut my foray into a massage form called huna kane.
i did this in 95,
it was a week long workshop at the beginning.
and then two weekend long workshops .
even now i got two cerficates, one ordining as a priest of sorts for the huna kane chapter of winnipeg.
and an apprentice in huna kane.

i guess that is enough links about huna kane.
what i remember is a few key points
1. when they touched the body they would talk to it.
2. they focused on koftu symbols
3. it all built up to a temple massage where a person got worked on, (they were in the nude) i only saw the back of the person (i couldnt' bring myself to look what a prude i am ,,see that is why i never became a doctor) .
4. they were oiled up
5. the worker chanted some chants which i never learned.
6. i remember six sessions for the back and clearing issues of the past befor they could work on the present on the sides. and then let you move forward in the future by working on your front.
i also remember using elbows and the side of the knuckles rather then the fingers. and they always moved in a spiral figure eight pattern which is based on the dance of life that created the symbol of life.
alas i never went to far into it.
1. i already was developing a sleepign disorder but it was untreated at the time.
2. lack of money
3. i felt i needed more then a workshop in order to learn.. as i didnt' know nothing about the muscles, and had trouble learning what area part is what. eheh.
but i do remember getting worked on. boy was it excuting but in a good way.
see the light they focused on, and the breathing you did was supposed to clear emotional issues. i didnt clear a lot but i did a lot of yelling that day.
i remember one time i got worked on my past life ,, and nurting area,, i locked up couldnt let go. (eyes grimace) and they werent' even using any pressure eheh
question ,, does anyone here pratice magnetic healing ?
(that is where you use your extra energy to heal the other person defeciate energy systems by focusing on the aura)
((of course such a person would have a huge hara (not fat) but full of energy to share))
i used to try that ,, boy did i get drained,,
does anyone pratice guides healing,, (i used to :O) and might again, once i lose some weight. ?
i read much on reiki but i am not attuned though some day in the far off past.. (maybe after i get a job) i will get attuned.
to me (and some rieki people who know more might disagree and i accept that as i am just a gather of inforamtion )
1. when we try to use regular laying of the hands. we drain ourselves.
2. we can pray and lay the faith.
3.we can guide heal.
4. or we can do reiki...
and my corresponding infromation .. (which comes from an outsider point of view. (no refernce to tarotphelia name ehhe) but a person who hasnt' done it)
is reiki is being attuned to the creator energies so ..
1. doens't drain us.
2. it will doubly affect the power of laying the fiath.
3. it will double the healing of guides.
4. and it happens automaticly.
so this little information here. shows..
IT IS BEST TO STUDY AND COMBINE THEM ALL :O))
yet the jack of all trades, master of none,, is kind of true.
so it is always best to learn one first and master it,,, and use it to compliment the others.
so reiki is a good place to start.
ps. i was bring reiki up exclusivly towards the end to show i am in favour of reiki, and this thread is for all energy healin and light techiques to work together.
double pss.. maybe some day,, in 50 years time,, there will be a full day five days accredited 8 years healing school that uses it all, and such people will change the world.
as i still it..
1. the phsycial
2. the energy spirital
3. mental
4.emtotional .. all combined.. into one.
some day.. someday..

ohh i almost forgot.
if your adding something specifcially new ,, adds as many links as possible. and your own view, and knowledge of it.. (like i did with the huna kane information)

i had never heard of huna kane, but it sounds fascinating. thanks for the info!
other than shamanic journeying, i use three different healing modalities. i find that as long as i keep the energy flowing through me... none of these (other than the journeys) drain my energy.
