I read a book by this man ages ago, thought I'd bring it up. Must admit it took me months to read as I'm not into reading. lol
Very insightful & informative. He sure did answer questions & gave me a better understanding towards spiritualism. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in knowing what happens after death, how one contacts spirits, what life is like on the other side, why certain things happen to us & other people etc.
- "Reaching to heaven". A spiritual journey through life & death. James Van Praagh.

Another "lighter" book you might like is "Relax, it's only a Ghost' by Echo Bodine. Her book is most interesting, it's a differnt take on things and is only 122 pages. Can be read while waiting in line or waiting for kids, etc.....

i have one of his books but i haven't read it yet. i usually opt to see him on tv and there is ample opportunity for that. james van pragh how has a monday thru friday tv series called the other side. he features live and taped readings on different individuals. sometimes he has guests. what i've seen of it is interesting. what i hope they do eventually is show the results of whether or not he helped the families of murder victoms find their loved ones body. there's a new show on court tv about psychic detectives. i hope to watch that one soon.

His t.v show is broadcasted here in Australia too. We don't always get every show showed in the states, boo hoo. I've seen James' show about 3 times & I really enjoyed watching it....adds more light to the book.
