Do you drink Kombucha? What are your emotional/physical/energetic/spiritual experiences?

I drank Kombucha about 8 years ago, for about 8 months straight. I never did feel anything different, unless I talked myself into feeling it that day.
But that was me. I was stubbornly optimistic and kept at it until I got sick of the trouble of it.
Hopefully others will have better tales to share ....

I make kombucha for myself on a regular basis, about six gallons a year. (Although, I know it as kAmbucha... I understand it's spelled a bunch of different ways. The original word is supposedly Korean or Siberian.)
It is to tea what sourdough is to regular bread: it's a drink brewed from tea and a culture that's supposed to be part bacillus/part fungus.
I was told that it was a wonder tonic for practically any ailment, and that it did everything but cure death. Well, maybe... but what I found out was that I really dug how it tasted. As to health benefits, I don't know as I've noticed any. I have no more or less colds per year, for instance, and I'm still unable to fly or see through walls.
It's a fermented sort of thing, but has an extremely low alcohol content -- even lower than near-beer. It's clear amber in color. It will pop in an exciting way when you release the cap from a bottle. Part bitter and part sweet, it's an acquired taste that I acquired right away.
Health food stores often carry a pasteurized version of it in a tiny bottle. It's fairly expensive, and the pasterization necessary for a commercial product pretty much kills off any of its flavor, and it's too sweet, but you can get a sense of what it's like if you feel like picking up a bottle.
My favorite use for it is in a breakfast smoothie. It perks up a mixture of fruit and vegetable juices in a wonderful way.

the drink is quite healthy, but apart from that i dont notice anything, i like the taste of it, you can vary abit with different sorts of tea, so it tastes slightly different.
