need support

hi all, just found out that i need to pay the federal and state gov't over 1,000 that's due by 4/15 then my 950 for tuition is due on 5/31! plus 100 for books for next term. the money i had to use for some of the tuition is now for taxes and now i have to pray that i get the scholarships i'm applying for. but i tread that they'll see my adjusted income and say i make too much. then why don't i have money to pay the rent on time or the bill? i would do a prosperity or money spell but it's for personal gain and might back fire on me. is there something i can do besides going on an even tighter budget to plead for help from the Goddess'? would someone in the community be able to do a spell for me instead? i can really use some positive energy too because i'm just on the verge of a huge break down and i have class tonight. FYI, i'm going to massage therapy school for those who haven't heard. it's a path i've been thinking about for a long time and know that it's what i'm meant to be and do for my life's work. it's the healer in my as a wiccan and my ancestoral legacy. i can't bear the thought of having to work in the office environment for the rest of my life and not be able to touch people's lives. w/o this education i can't do anything! please help me! this is an issue for me and i'm trying to deal with it but it's not going to bring the money in any faster. :( thank you all for listening. anything i'm willing to do and listen to...can't take a roommate in cause i'm in a 1 bedroom. peace- :THP

(((((purple goddess))))) this must be so frustrating for you. on a practical level, can you get an extension on paying your taxes? do you qualify for a pel or state grant? many textbooks can be purchased used. as far as spells, i see absolutely no problem doing a prosperity spell, as it 'harms none'. make sure you inlude something on the line of; "if it be for the greater good."

zoyra, thanks about the state aid thing. governor in CT is cutting back on every kind of aid so forget that. the gov't tells me i earn too much for the pell grant! i can't believe that one! i already have the stafford loan but still need like 3k for tuition, 400 for books, and about 400 on supplies (linens, oils and table supplies) so i'm at a stand still. doing the footwork already to get scholarship info together and private student loans together too. so i'll look up prosperity in my spell book and do one over the weekend. i know the moon and stars aren't in alignment but it's worth a try! thanks so much...i don't feel so alone anymore. a good color to use for the candles and stone would be jade green right? i'll go to the dollar store to get more candles. i have 2 massages scheduled this weekend and if i don't clear up my karma, the clients will not feel relaxed but my stress. peace and blessed be PG

green is good. so is shiny metalic stones, like pyrite. about the moon phase... you can ask instead to remove whatever is keeping you from having prosperity or whatever is blocking you from being able to attend school. (if it be for the greater good).

If you can't pay your tax, you can request a payment plan . I owed about that much one year & I had to pay about 27.00 a month. Tarotphelia

Hi fellow CT ae'er, YES things will work out. As far as the spell goes...the idea is "God/Goddess" helps those who help themselves...so the spell to get money should be based on "help ME find a way to get money,,not just have it drop out of the sky...I did one just before christmas and was astonished. By chance I was introduced to a wonderful woman who helped me sell over $100 work of bags and gave me the inspiration to keep going. AND..your gonna be a massage therapist..this is a wonderful thing..therapist help people, asking the almighty to help you fund this is asking her to help you now so you can help others in the future. Keep the faith..maybe try a quick part time job at night..just short term to help you get by..and ASK FOR THE TAX EXTENSION...Uncle Sam wants his money..he is more likely to work with you then have you just NOT PAY... cj-no time for part time job. i got to school 12 hrs a week plus travel time so it's almost 18 hrs. plus 8-10 hrs of reading and homework to about 5 hrs of massage time. doesn't leave time for another job. had to give up the one i had cause my education is my new part time job. i'm applying for scholarships and a private student loan w/my parents because my credit's that bad. already have the stafford loan thank Goddess. i have some jewerly i want to try to sell on ebay and some clothes i'll bring to the consignment shoppe this weekend. spring stuff. i would like to have a tag sale but spring's the best time. everyone is so cool with the hugs and support. i'm feeling a bit better. i've got info for payment plans and my mother found something to help me save $101!!!! it's a start. peace

I think there will be a new moon on the 3rd of March, an ideal time to cast growth spells, especially while it's in Taurus. You could also try making a gem elixir with your jade stone and see if that helps. And with the tarot, the Empress, ace of coins, then the Star. Then, again when the moon is full, and repeat with the next new moon, until you see results. On a more practical level, you could also file an extension, postponing payment for about six months. You need, what, about two thousand dollars? A specific figure is good to have. I have seen money spells work on even lottery tickets, but that's a hard way to go.

Great advice from everyone...2 other things that have worked for me...spending often acts as a vortex to draw even more from the Universe...so spend wisely and trust more will always be available...and...positive affirmations and making yourself open to all the possibilities...this realization and using the power and magic in the spoken word... brought a small but wonderful inheritance into my life from an Uncle who had died in another part of the country...$5000...who I didn't even know...be open to all the prosperity and abundance that is always available to us all...ask for it and expect to recieve it...and be ever thankful...trust...

Your thread tugged at my heart…. been there – done that…. All the advice, practical & esoteric is good. I shuffled the cards while thinking about you and out popped the King of Cups…compassionate energy! So here is sending all the compassionate energy from this site to the universe…. Also, consider writing an affirmation in the present tense. I have found this VERY helpful to keep the energy focused and when the “worry thoughts” enter my mind I can say “cancel/clear" and recite my affirmation to assure positive energy. If we are our thoughts, make them what you want to be. It could be something like…. I am now enjoying freedom from financial problems and loving my life of learning, healing and contributing for the good of all concerned. I am peaceful and energetic. Write what makes sense for you and repeat it throughout the day. The sages tell us if you repeat it 100 times per day you will make it so….. Hope it works for you…Blessings

good stuff. i need to remember to keep my thoughts in the positive and i have an affirmation from a workbook i was working on and might incorporate some of your thoughts ruby red and when i work the spell i'll add my affirmation to the one given by the tarot book i have. i've sent 1 scholarship application this morning so the energy from moon can catch it on it's way of being new. thanks RT i appreciate the moon phase info. so as long as i keep positive and do the footwork for the ritual and spell and keeping the affirmation in my heart i know that things will work out. i love the feedback and hugs i've received! i was feeling pretty alone there for a few days! love and peace, :THP

A gem elixir takes the properties of teh stone into the water and then you drink it..To help whatever you are doing..that is from my understanding..I know there is more involved then this..

You've received some fabulous advice already, but I wanted to still tell you how I hope you are beginning to feel some sense of relief from all this money-weight-concern. ((PurpleGoddess)) There is nothing in the world like the money coming up wayyy short to make one go into instant, heaving panic attacks at times. I remember when my husband (then my boyfriend) and I were living on $30 groceries for 2 weeks, for weeks on end. Ay me. That was TOUGH! I hope that Lakshmi, Hindu Goddess of Prosperity, might find it in Her liking to drop a few of Her lovely gold coins in your hand. She, who gives much, may yet have gifts for you ... I hope! (And I pray.. with hennaed hands, which is a tradition that is thought to please Her, and make Her a bit more apt to listen and respond to the request!) Let us pray! :D

i thank you all for your support and ideas. i've done some reading too on the power of the moon and decided to cast the spell yesterday around noon my time. i figured doing it yesterday puts it in direct like of the cresent moon and be carried into the energy of the new moon. and i was drawn to the deck and even wrote in my own words (sort of ryhmed a little) a request to the Goddess' of Prosperity, and with your energy with mine, i know that everything will work out the way it's meant to be. i've got my own affirmation that is my mantra. i'm also preparing applications for the scholarships and tax paperwork for payment plans. peace and blessed be!

Filing an for an Extension on your taxes will get you extra time to prepare your return, BUT- they still expect the money you owe on time. April 15th & not one minute later. All you have to do is when sending in your tax forms is to include a letter requesting a payment plan for the amount you owe & giving some reasonable explanation. If you want more info, you can always call the IRS- they love to hear from you !!(hahaha) I bet they have this covered under FAQ on their website too. Tarotphelia
