Animal Chakras

Do animals have chakras? People do, I'd imagine every self aware creature would have, yet nobody ever mentioned this around me before. There were some who say they've done Reiki on animals/pets, and people read tarot for them, but what about chakras? Has anyone ever explored this area before?

Yes, animals do have chakras. Here's a helpful link: http://www.mypetpals.com/locationofchakras.html I practice Jin Shin Jyutsu, which is a Japanese form of energetic healing. In classes I have taken, we've studied animal chakras and energy centers, referred to in JSJ by the term "safety energy locks." I have personally used JSJ on cats and dogs, with excellent results. The same general principles apply to animal chakras that are true of people's (though there are specific considerations that must be taken into account, as well).
