Feels like the worst day of my life.

I don't even know where to begin...I barely have the energy to type this. In fact, I think for the moment this is all I can manage. Does anyone have any good suggestions for getting in touch with spirit guides? I don't know what to do- I need advice, good advice, in a bad way. Thank you all. Dark, dark belladonna

Belladonna--I can't give you advice on spirit guides, but I have learned from personal experience that sometimes 'spirits' can come in the form of friends and acquaintances. Please share your troubles with others. Maybe they can offer some good advice.

I wish I could give you a simple answer - but I don't think I can give you some easy steps. However for starters I send you my love because you clearly need help and support and the healing thoughts of others will help you on your quest. I think that much of the block is from your own 'darkness' - despair, anger, grief, depression, upset, even a lack of self belief can all weaken your link with the world of Spirit. I know its easy to say establish a state of calm, or try to put your troubles aside - and much, much more difficult to do it. That's where I think our support and prayers can help give you the strength or at least begin to edge you in the right direction. Start by recognising that there are people in this community who love their fellow members, then holding on to that thought try to go through your normal rituals form communicating with your guides. If things become difficult imagine us all assembled behind you, all helping you concentrate and having the strength to get you through. Keep trying and do not despair. With love

You are never alone. Ever. You already did contact your spirit guides because they told you that you would receive love from us all. And you found the energy to post here. They will send you more signs. Open your hands with your palms upwards. Breath regularly and feel the energy of the universe being absorbed by your hands and then imagine that energy filling up each and every one of your cells. We are all here for you. I personally will be going to bed in about ten minutes, and my evening "prayers" (for the want of a better word) will be for you. Please post again soon and tell us how you're feeling. Belladonna, I don't know much about spiritual guides, but I can say this: Maybe you're suffering from depression? Do something crazy, hang out with friends, get intouch with your 'inner-child'. Surround yourself with people that make you happy. Everyone goes through some type of depression in their life soo maybe that's what this 'dark' time in your life is. I, myself have gone through some dark and tough times. I guess I still am in a way, but I try not to think about it. Dear, sweet Belladonna. ((((((((((Belladonna))))))))))))) What I do when this happens, is just curl up in my bed, open up, and ask my Goddess to hear me, and help me. She always does. My guides also know when I'm in an horrible way. They just feel it, and come. Sometimes, though, I am too wrapped up in what ever it was that shook me so bad, and I can't feel them. That's when my logic has to take over, and I have to just KNOW they're there, even though I don't sense anything. Eventually, things get better. Love being sent, DE.
