Does anyone know what these are? I overheared a friend of mine talking about them but he wouldn't tell me what they were. Anyone want to help? =:?)

Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. (a popular writer on angels, fairies and self-help topics, and creator of several oracle decks) refers to angels who incarnate in human form as "earth angels." According to Virtue, they are not to be confused with angels who simply take human form when the need arises -- rather, they are angelic souls who live fully human lives. There might be other definitions of the term, but that is the one I am familiar with.

Yes tanis, star people are one of the categories Virtue discusses in "Earth Angels." I also found it an extremely fascinating read, and related to one of the categories she describes *most* strongly (but not star people).

While offerring a ride to a woman I attend school with I sat in my car watching her walk toward me and saw what appeared to be a star shining from her crown chakra. I took me by surprise I thought it must be the sun light shining from behind - actually had to turn and found that the sun was actually setting to the right of us... while she was sitting in my car I had the feeling that her soul was too big for her body as if it were expansive filling my car and the thought that came to my mind was "angel on earth"
She was an accountant with a major computer company and after a very bad car accident left her unable to drive she is working in her PHD in Education. : )

thank you for recommending the "Earth Angels" books ...it is wonderful! Its a diminutive little book with *lots* of info! I definitely identify with "starperson" category and about fell out of my chair when I read the descriptions, especially the one where ppl are shocked when they find out my real age, because I appear so much younger (I am 34 but I still get carded!)
I really appreciate reading this book, the author has some wonderful suggestions and insights!

I'm from the Wizards/Wise ones category, but it makes me laugh very hard to use those terms. Still, her descriptions there fit me to a T (right down to the long hair and face, and even being Faery friendly :)).
