Okay, I plugged in "Gary." It says, Gaelic for "bald-headed wierdo." Hmm, can't disagree there. Makes reference to King Gary of Umbria, who was beheaded for wearing ladies underwear. (It doesn't say how he was discovered.) There was also a Garrie, the third Earl of Ulm. He was imprisoned by King Charles of Parsony for failing to pay his taxes. And the last Gary of note was a playwright in Wales, whose claim to fame was being licked to death by a group of cats after he bathed in milk for its medicinal benefits.

hmmmm....rather interesting Mimers... i did a quick check, and our names (azure & mimi) did not have any similarities in chaldean numerology (the system i use)...however! i pulled up my numerology program (it only does quick calculations, no interpretations) to check pythagorean numerology (since i hate to write it out, don't have it memorized) and lo and behold! we're both 8's!! so, perhaps that is the system they are using?? hmmmmm...verrrrrrry interesting....:D ~azure is fine...hehe :P

I tried this with my real name and found a fairly inaccurate description. Then I tried it with a series of my nicknames from different situations, and took note of those that seemed to suit me more than others. The inaccurate part of the description of my real name is precisely the bad habit that I have been struggling to get rid of. So maybe I am growing out of my name, at least according to this philosophy? Kyrielle turned out to be very accurate for me, and mentioned some qualities I feel I'm moving toward. There are some societies where name changes are a rite of passage. This makes me think about that. If real-life name changes weren't such a hassle in modern Western-style society, would you take a new name to represent who you are now? BUT, like Sobe's findings, Alistar was the most accurate. But there were some flaws..I don't seek out influencial people (unless you consider strong, like minded women for friends "Influencial"). Although your name of Alistar gives you a good appreciation of material values, business ability, and skill in organizing and managing others, your success is restricted by a lack of self-confidence and initiative. the name i was given at birth was very accurate for who i once was. the name gave an emphasis on music and the arts. it talked about my outgoing social nature. the name i currently use (and legally changed to when i turned 18) is much more accurate for who i became. it still talks about the interest in arts, but now has an emphasis on 'occult studies or religion'. ..and i really did become a much more private person. looks like i could have picked a better name then zorya for communication. ouch! oh well, i'm sure my ancestors appreciate it, hahaha.
