electrical occurences

There is a thread about other electrical occurences I have read in Aeclectic. One that was mostly talking about lights flickering, such as passing by under streetlights. I personally haven't had the streetlight experience.

I have had some strange ones that does connect the electric I have charged within affecting items. One that used to cost me more than it should is watch batteries!!! Co-workers and close friends noted it as well as I, that I usually had to buy mine three to four times as often as then do. Their life is cut short due to the electricity (energy) in me causes them to freak out. Even still today I can't have multiply watches (using batteries) to pick from which I will wear. If I go to trade them about, with the change of having worn them, not wearing them and to wear them again, the batteries life is cut even shorter. The prior isn't as bad as it was and I believe I understand it. Both cases didn't matter where I lived or moved to. I feel certain that why I am not having to buy the batteries as often these days is situational. The many years when I was having to buy them the most, was tensed and stressful years and an eventual divorce. I had a storm of bottled up energy having to have a way to vent. Today happily remarried and less expense of watch batteries. :-)

i'm one of those that make street lamps go out when i walk by. some lights seem to be more sensitive than others.

it was kind of a scary thing was i was younger and had to walk at night. made it hard to stay in well lit areas, lol.

i never wear watches so i don't know if i would go through batteries or not. have you ever considered getting a wind-up watch? :D

When my oldest son was a teen ager, his dearest wish was his own watch. Battery operated were not yet available. AFter he wore his much loved wind-up for a while, he'd hold up his arm so we could watch the hands go spiriling around...seldom in sync. For him, battery-operated were a goddess-send. He's now 51, and battery-operated still works fine.

His mother-in-law can't have refrigerators as, after a few months kind of go into shock whenever she's around. No appliance store will honor her warranties.

I've often wished I could control street lights. Probably isn't as much fun as I think it would be.

This stuff is common with me, and it's usually when I'm real happy, or incredibly upset.

I can't wear battery powered watches, I stop em, or fry the digital display. Have to keep away from the computer keyboard (or calm down) if I'm stressed, because it'll do things it isn't supposed to do, like, change pages on me, or the program will freeze right up.
I've blown out light bulbs in my house by turning the switch on. Static on the phone so bad I think the person I'm talking to has been kidnapped by aliens, and they're rapidly moving out of cell range. But, of course, it's MY phone that's doing it, and it's a hand set not a cell...

My car. My poor car. She's got digital display EVERYTHING, and sometimes just putting my hand near the radio dial will wonk it out. The station will change, of course, but I don't have to touch the dial, and there's no control where the search will stop. Usually the most irritating music, or worse, talk radio. This naturally makes me more grouchy, so I end up just shutting it off. But my digital displays go completely wonky. I look to see the time and date, and there it is...Engine function data!

Hmm.... Maybe my computer's NOT possessed! *laughs* It's been the running joke in the house for almost a year now that the computer's possessed. If something happens to make me either incredibly upset, or if somebody says something or I read something funny enough to make me laugh out loud, it kicks offline and on again, boots up programs (half of which I didn't know I had until they started), starts typing by itself, etc. Once it burned a whole CD of pretty decent music before I realized that program had started up!

What about electricity when you touch another person?

That has been happening lately to me

I'm constantly shocking co-workers(co-incidentally the ones I don't get along with-teehee).

In the white smoke thread I wrote about turning on my tv(unintentionally) just by thinking about it, as well as dialing up my internet connection that way a few days ago as well. Buzzbee pointed out that some females can give out alot of electrical energy around thier menstruel cycle and this sounds like the case for me anyway . Here is the direct quotes if interested:

Oh - and that internet connection thing - that
happens to me too, as if I'd sent an electrical
current with my thought before my fingers ever
hit the buttons. It's just plain old
psycho-kenetic energy. Try holding your hand
over a ping-pong ball on a glass or smooth
surface and see if your aura can push the ball
around. Or use a compass & cause the dial to
spin. These little acts of directing the energy
controls it's sponteneous outbursts and
disruptions (if any). If the energy gets too
strong around your 'pooter, ground! Your body
is conducting electricity. My "guide" is telling me
to suggest that you drink a glass of water with
a very wee bit of salt in it to help ground
out...um - that's a new one on me.

Also:
Psychokenetic
energies don't last forever - often they run in
cycles, & during menstration is sometimes a
highpoint of activity for many women as the
body adjusts to hormone fluxuations - so take
advantage of the learning opportunity while
you've got it, I always say.

I hope Buzzbee doesn't mind me quoting her. She said it much better than I ever could.

In reply to shocking people, a big YES. I shock people, my poor dog at times, and I am constantly shocking myself with touching metal. This is in summer and winter both, of course worst in the winter.

A word about some of the comments and quotes, this thread was a break-off point (wisely chosen) by Zorya from the thread "White Smoke-does anybody else see it?" by Celeste. Thought I'd share this for those who might be interested in reading from that thread.

Hi all,
For those with computer problems, I would like to pass along some suggestions. There are many, many programs on Internet that will allow someone to gain access to your computer. The people who write these programs are unscrupulous. Read pop-ups carefully! Some will say things like “Click Cancel to install this program”. If you don’t read the pop up, you will probably click the Cancel button thinking that will close the pop up box. Instead you will install a program on your computer that will do who knows what! Some of these programs will search your hard drive and make a database of all the key words it finds. Next time you are on Internet your computer will send this information back to the creator of the program. Other programs will allow someone else to gain control over your computer. Even if you don’t have your Internet software running, if you are connected to the web with a cable modem, DSL, or phone line that is for your computer only that stays connected at all times, this person can use your computer to re-rout messages or for hacking purposes. There are several programs that you can download for free that will search your computer for any of these types of programs. One that is used where I work is:
www.adaware.com
The software is Ad Aware and it is very easy install and run. I have heard of people who conduct electricity and can cause a computer to shut down. However, if your computer is running other programs, burning CDs, or anything that seems to have a purpose, please make certain that someone else isn’t in control!

Controlling street lights & traffic signals could be unfortunate for the rest of us on the road, so try getting a parking space! Redirect the energy ;) I've got a favorite parking spot at the Mall! This works most of the time & when I don't get The Space then there's a spot near it.

Oh - and Celeste - quoting me is easier than me having to repeat it. :)
