Hi everyone, Tuesday I got a really weird experience. Maybe some of you have read the story of the ghost in my house. Well, it was there again this week. I came home ('bout 1h30) and sended a message to my friend. When I came from the kitchen, I had that strange feeling again of the ghost being there. I was really afraid and sended a message (again) to my friend, because she knows about the ghost. I heard strange noises in the kitchen, like someone was actually in the kitchen. I got scared and felt everything except comfortable! So I looked behind me to the kitchen. And at the right side, there was a mirror. I looked to the mirror and suddenly there was a face in it, a real sceary face, not human! The face was white and the eyes were very big in perspective with his face and then it was gone again. I've never been that scared before, it scared me to death! I told my mum 'bout the ghost (but not about the face in the mirror) but she doesn't want to believe me because (she said) she doesn't want to believe it. So, I don't know what to do anymore. My mother won't let me clean the house from bad powers in our house, so I wouldn't know a way to get rid of that ghost! Can someone pls help me, 'cause I'm really scared! Faery blessings, Morgana

Most of the ghosts out there are not malevolent or evil. They are simply people who have not yet passed to the next dimension. According to the reading that I've done, many ghosts don't know they're dead, or remain to complete an unfinished task. I'd suggest you conduct a Tarot reading to ask why the ghost remains in your home. If you learn why its here, you may be able to help the ghost along to the next stage in its existence.

Does your mom permit you lighting candles. Try a clear glass one if you feel that scared it can help you with the fear issues you are having. The ghost may be trying to communicate to you and as the previous post pointed out some ghost do not know they have passed on. Alot will do anything to get attention. When I was 16 I used to hear loud crashing sounds coming from the back bedrooms at my parents house but there would be nothing out of the ordinary moved or broken. My dad and grandma believed me but not my mom or brothers did not. I swear I have seen a man in my parents house with a white shirt and brown slacks. At first I thought it was my brothers or Dad but then no one was home that would look like a guy at the times I seen him. It seems to be colder towards the back rooms which belong to my parents and brothers at the time. Just 2 years ago when I was staying there for a few months I saw him again this time in the room that used to be mine. It can be scary at first. Try reading about ghost stories for you are not alone and it can be rather frightening at first. Take care.

Hi, Yes, I know that ghosts don't know they're dead. But, I don't do tarotreadings, I only work with the Faery Oracle. I'll try it with them. But how do you approach a ghost? It's really scary, and I don't know if I can handle it to have contact with a ghost and help him/her. I don't know, I've always been afraid to ghosts and it's like a fear that I gotta overwin. And that's not easy, as you probably know too. Maybe if you could give me some tips that might help me with this and help me handle the situation too? Thanx for your advice... Try writing your message on a piece of paper, and then burn the paper. Just as incense will carry a prayer, the smoke from your paper will carry the message.

I'm living with my seconed ghost, 3rd one I have been aware of. I was afraid the first time I encountered one it's presence made my hair stand on end, I was 15. I told him out loud, how he was making me feel, he left. I lived in the house for 3 years with him & actually saw him once. He became an amusement of sorts. There is no reason to fear your ghost, make friends with it.

I can understand it's scarey having any unseen presence bumping around the house & never knowing when they're going to turn up. There's a couple things I can suggest - part attitude adjustment & part simple actions. Attitude: this is your house now, their time is past, & there is nothing you are equipped to do for the person; you'd appreciate it if they'd turn down the amps & be quiet or else move on to a better existance. State that firmly out loud whenever you feel the urge. You're not challenging them or kicking them out - they can make their own decision about leaving or not; you're just claiming your present rights to be in that space without being harrassed. The face in the mirror - do your best to laugh at it like a bad Halloween mask. That's really all it is. It has no physical ability to effect you beyond scaring the pants off you. Notch your belt and laugh at it as a very bad joke. I know that's hard - so here's a case when you can use your fears to let you get angry. Darned cheeky spook! Get outta my face! Attitude. Simple actions: mix a few pinches of table salt in 1 or 2 cups of warm water & stir so the salt dissolves. Hold your hands over the mixture & let all the feeling and wishes that this spook would just leave you alone come bursting into your hands and push it into the water with your thoughts. You've charged the water to repell the ghost. Now, room by room moving counter-clockwise in each room & generally through the house, start at the door you use most often and ending there, sprinkle drops of water off your finger tips, visualizing the place being without the freeloading presence. Make up a simple chant like: "Out, out and round about, unfriendly forces, you get out!" or "This is my house, here I'll stay. Unfriendly forces go away."(or please come up with something better). As you sprinkle, repeat your chant over and over. This way they only have to leave if they're unfriendly. You'll have to do this when your mom's gone for an hour or so. Splash extra at the outside doors and all the windows. Pour any left over mixture outside the doors on the thresholds. You can make a sign in the air with your hand of an equal-arm cross in a circle to "seal" the doors. See if this helps & let us know.

I have lived with a few ghosts, including my father. Yes he was quite dead at the time. I remember my mother demanding that we call the sexton, cuz she kept waking up with him in bed with her; he smelled of the grave, and was cold. She was convinced the sexton had not buried him. My brother-in-law (one of the most mundane, pragmatic folks you’ll ever meet) would not remain at the farm once the sun began to go down. I figured, hey…it’s dad. His presence was strong…but here’s the clue…he did not know that he was dead. And since his interaction with our physical environment was limited, it caused more confusion. Some items remained, even though their physical counterpart had been removed (he still sat in his long gone favorite chair). Sometimes (I suppose) he would discover something missing or moved…and oh blessed virgin talk about manifestations…. He had a huge attachment to his physical ‘things’. But I’d hang out with him at night, when the house was quiet…open a beer for him and set it out…and just talk to him…out loud. Telling him about life in general…stuff…and urging him that it was okay to step onto the next wheel… Took about a year and a half. I asked the lady who bought the house if she noticed anything, ‘strange’. She did not… Your issue…is that you don’t know this ‘thing’, your ghost. Not all spirits are unhappy. Come to terms with them and you may find them like a part of the family. Investigate before you castigate. Different spirits need, and react differently to different things for different reasons. I suggest you try to find out the why’s of it first. Usually spirits will leave of their own free will once you find out 'why' they are there. But to just blindly banish...Not good. Put the sea salt away. Why cause more pain...which is ultimately what will happen if you clean without investigating. Remember...If a being on another plane or wherever they are, is really trying to communicate, even warn you; and you do not understand the language, it could be taken as an attack! You would communicate with a mortal, would you not? Ideally you simply want to help a spirit move on. Most folks misunderstand the spirit, and are placing their earthbound prejudices upon the spirit; which is usually frustrated, sad, and stuck. If they have a duty to perform, you may want to find a way to help them complete their task. Do not allow any sort of smudging or salting until the duty is carried out. General cleaning advice is to clean the house thoroughly, smudge it from bottom to top, leaving windows open, and then spray or mist the house from bottom to top with Sea-Salt water (with windows open). I know folks that have had mediums come over and look at their house a see all the things going on, and they found death, doom, dismay, and destruction. However, nobody asked or figured out the WHY! Figure out the WHY and you figure out what to do. Clean the house, exorcise the house, but none of those will really be too beneficial if you do not know what you are doing to whom and why. Bringing in a priest may do more harm than good if you do not know the WHY! So ponder this…suppose the spirit that is causing so many problems is having a problems of its own…trying to help you, and unable to communicate with you… You NEED to find out WHY…

I can understand what you are going through. I used to be TERRIFIED of ghosts/spirits/etc. But they kept coming around me, or maybe that's b/c I was so sensitive that I could feel them. In any case, they scared me to pieces. I used to YELL in my mind "GO AWAY, LEAVE ME ALONE NOOOOOWWWWW! AND DON'T BOTHER ME AGAIN" If I felt this wasn't enough (as corny as this sounds, but it works) I would chant in my head "by the power of God, be gone, by the power of God be gone, by the power of God, be gone" and I would keep enchanting this (do this in your head so you're parents won't know what you're up to) until I felt "safe" again. Sometimes, I could tell that the ghost/spirit was friendly, but I was still scared of it. Other times I could tell it was a bad ghost/spirit, and that's when I REALLY got scared even though that's the worst thing you can do. By being afraid of something that wants to scare you, you empower it. Gain control of your fear and do what ever you feel is right to rid of this ghost, wether it be friendly or not. Some of the other ideas from others are really good too, the water with the salt is very wiccan (I think), but a great idea. Salt has been known to have protective qualities, and water's energy is to cleanse. So the two put together makes a great combination to cleanse and protect your home from unwanted energies/ghosts/spirts/etc. If you use the Faerie oracle deck by Brian Froud (I have this deck and use it) then you may be able to pull a few cards to help protect you. Pull out soul shrinker, he of the fiery sword, Lys of the shadows, and singer of courage. Pair up soul shrinker with he of the fiery sword, and Lys of the shadows with singer of courage. Ask SS and HFS to protect you and your family from unwanted energies, to guard and watch out for you and those you love. As for Lys and SC, ask them to help guide this ghost into his new path with gentle energy. Make it known that you don't want it forced, but you wish for this ghost to find peace, and to help this ghost move on to his next journey. Lys will help find this ghost and bring him (I get that it's a him) out of the dark. SC will help give the ghost the courage to follow Lys and to trust her. This way, you are protected by the fae's energy, and the ghost is directed correctly. I haven't been doing this very long, but I have accepted my mediumship and have begin to get over my fear of such energies. The ghost in your house is a small boy (believe it or not) who is very scared, and angry b/c he's scared. He showed you a mask (like a halloween mask) to make you scared b/c he wants you to feel what he feels, trying to communicate to you. He doesn't know any better. He doesn't understand what's going on, where his mommy and daddy are, and he's scared. He doesn't know what happend to him, but feels it's been an enternity since he's been with his mommy and daddy. He's around 9-11 yrs old, and he's telling me his name is Michale. He used to live there (maybe another house that was built before the one you live in) with his parents (I'm getting very pilgrimage dressing and times, do you live in one of the original 13 colonies?) He said, last he knew, it was night time, and him and his brothers woke up to the sky being light up with fire (bombs) and loud sounds. They were all trying to comfort and protect each other, but didn't know where to go. Their mother and father weren't there (the feeling of they had to go on a trip together, it was common for people to leave their children for a week or more sometimes). He says daddy had a few guns, him and his older brother both had one just in case. And then all the sudden, everyone was gone. Darkness came and slowly the fire (in the night sky) came into vision. Ever since then, he's been alone, looking for his family. His sad, mad, and angry. Confused, and wants his family back NOW. Ask for Lys to show him the right direction of his family, where his parents and siblings are. Ask for the singer of courage to give him the courage he needs to follow Lys and trust her that she will lead him correctly. He says he thought his brothers died at the same time he did, and he can't find them. He doesn't know where they went, or where mom and pop are. Ever since the darkness came, he's been alone. I'm also sending him positive energy and thinking of Lys while doing so as well as the singer of courage to help him. Showing him peaceful light and energy and that I mean to help him. I'll keep working with him for a few more minutes, but if you don't feel "better", or if you still feel like he's there, then ask the faeries for help. I hope this makes sense to you. I didn't think I would be able to talk to this ghost, but I am clearly. He's mad but willing to give Lys a try, but not yet. He wants to apologize to you, he knows he scared you, but it's not what he meant to do, (but it is)...I know this is confusing...he wanted to show you how he felt, and the only way he could do that is by scaring you. But he didn't want to scare you, he's just angry and you happen to be able to feel him. No one else can, so he got even more angry when you wouldn't help him. Anger feeding Anger. He says he won't scare you anymore, and that he'll try to go with Lys to find his family, but he doesn't have much hope that this will work (saying most likely he'll be back, but he won't make you scared or angry anymore). Honestly, I think he'll find his family, he just doesn't have much faith in other spirits. He doesn't understand that his family may not "look" like his family when they were alive, and vice versa. He may not look like he did when he was alive. Does that make sense? He got lost and didn't know where to go, what to do, etc. He's gone with Lys for now. (This is just what I feel, but if you still feel he's there then do what you feel is best to send him on his way to find what he's looking for). Take care hon, peace be with you!

The ghost in your house is a small boy (believe it or not) who is very scared, and angry b/c he's scared. hi, sagitarian, i'm the sister of morgana, and also felt this presence, sometimes very strongly, especcially in my bedroom, and downstairs...i already pointed this out, but a while ago in this section...it makes me very sad to hear his story...i didn't want to go him away but i was very scared of this entity, i never seen it, but felt it very strongly almost as if the room was full of something and there was no room left for my presence anymore, almost as if it tingled with energy, mad negative energy, that is why it scared me so, i also had the feeling at moments when it was so strong something wanted to grab my legs when i was going upstairs and i would fall...i've always felt a presence in this house from my first nights here in this house from when i was 4 years old, but always resisted it...i was too scared, i was very happy to hear a year ago from my sisters that i wasn't the only one who felt it...especially morgana also... this house is built i believe in the 1930's, and has been delt with the second world war (1940-1945), i don't know much about it but i believe, that germans have stayed here for a while, for the rest i don't know anything, you talked about bombs, can it be this??? it really makes me sad to hear his story and his anger, pain and scaredness but am very pleased with the info, now we maybe can help him on a way...i hope he find his goals... edited: i forgot, yesterday i had it about this with my sister because i had just read this post and also felt this presence in my room again very strongly, i was scared again...we went to my room and pulled out the faeries...something was very obviously to see, they almost all looked sad as if they had been crying (for example solus, himself, ...), has this something to say??? does he wants to say something to us??? through our cards???

A very strange thing happened to me a while ago, so strange I only told a few people and I was still thinking if I should talk about this with you, guys. I live in a building; my neighbour's mother died 1 year ago (more or less), and it was a horrible situation, because she was killed by her son. My neighbour was very close to her mother, and it took her a long time to recover from it (I think she's still recovering, as you can also imagine). Anyway, one of these days, I came in the building, going to my apartment, when I looked to my neighbour's door... and there was her mother. I got really scared, she looked so sad, and the first thing that came to my mind was "she's not entering her daughter's house... something is keeping her out of the house, but she wants to get in"... 2 seconds later, another thing came to my mind "tell your neighbour about this". Now, I don't know if this was a message from the mother, but whenever I see my neighbour, I always have the feeling I should give her the message (I'm feeling like the kid of "the sixth sense", bringing messages from the dead). Of course I'm a bit afraid of her reaction, although I know she would probably believe me (I think she believes in that kind of stuff). Should I tell her? Should I give her the message? What would you do? Anjo Hummm... I'm gonna try to see what the cards tell me, in the meantime.

anjocoxo; looks like you're already doing what i would suggest, lol. ask the cards! please let us know what they say. i do hope they tell you to go ahead! this information could mean a great deal to her. it could be a huge comfort. it could also help her mother. maybe this is what is holding the mother to the earth plane and the two of them could resolve this by helping her be able to enter her daughter's house?

Hi Sagitarian, I would like to thank you for your help! Well, I did felt him downstairs when I got home this night, but I wasn't scared of him. But my father was downstairs too, and that's why I couldn't communicate with him. I want to ask you something, could I talk to him before he goes away with Lys? Because I really wanna talk to this little boy. When I read the story I felt kind of sad and guilty, because I ran away from him when he needed me. And I only ran away. I really wanna help him, and I wanna do everything to make him feel better. Like this night, I wanted to talk to him, saying: Give me your hand, so that I can feel you and talk to you. But I got a question, when you talk to a ghost, does he say anything back? Can you actually hear him? Well, this is weird, I think he's here, at this room. I'm sleeping in my sisters room now, together with her, because she was really scared last night. Our cat sleeps here too and a few seconds ago she was looking next to me, she was staring at something next to me, maybe it was the little boy? I don't know. If you talk to him, will you tell him to talk to me, that I'm not afraid of him anymore and that he doesn't have to go? And that I want us to be friends? 'cause I want to take peace with him and say him that I'm sorry that I ran away each time he wanted to approach me. I want to hug him and tell him it's alright, I want to comfort him and give him my full support. I just wanna be his friend. I'm very tired at the moment, and I'm going to sleep cause it's 4 am in the morning and I got to get up early tomorrow (oh, actually today ;)). hi anjo, not knowing the positions used, or if you used any...i think it means wait. she is moving toward a time when she can think about and hear about the past, but this is not it.

Of course, I totally forgot to tell you the spread (sorry!): 1 - past (6 cups) 2 - present (6 swords) 3 - future (Hanged Man) Actually, I think it fits; the 6 of cups often represents things from our past, related to family, memories that we usually want to forget, not happy things. In this case, my neighbour's brother killed their mother, so I guess it says all, right? Besides, my neighbours own family environment is not the best: she was married, but her husband dumped her and her son is an alcoholic, with which she fights all the time about money and boose. The 6 of swords to me says that she's looking for a way out; I think she wasn't found her way through all this (like I said before, I think she hasn't recovered from her mother's death), and, although she's looking for it, it's been very difficult, even though, IMO she doesn't see her way out because she's too "stuck" to what happened in the past. Now, my problem is the Hanged Man as the future... I think it is a sign for me not to tell her now, since she's not ready to see things from a different prespective (which I would be giving her with my story/message)... I guess I'll wait a bit more, maybe her mother will contact me again... Anjo
