O.K. The question is "am I pregnant?" The spread is three cards- Body, Mind, and Spririt. The answer is: Your body is not prepared to carry a child within it at this time. I would advise you to get a thorough check-up to make sure there are no underlying health problems or obvious reasons for infirtility. The potential is there, I wouldn't say you cannot have a baby, just that there is something blocking this from happening at this time. Your mind is very much oriented to be creative right now, I can see that. You are motivated by strong emotions, love, and the yearning to nurture and bring to fruition something on the physical plane. The time is very ripe for you to devote your mental energies towards a creative project. Have you considered undertaking any other creative projects during this time, while you clear up and physical reasons why you are not conceiving? 8 Wands? The rationale being that Wands are creative, and the 8 flying through the air sometimes symbolise long distance communication, I was stumped with the music, writing etc, however, and just hope that creativity might cover it all. WHAT A GREAT GAME :) Moongold

The idea that I was trying to get across here, was a brand new and still tentative desire and skill at communicating ideas especially through speach and music (sound waves in the air) and possibly the written word because that has the possibility of reaching people without requiring the physical travel of this young woman herself.

I thought of the magician too, but this is a young woman and her desire to and ability for communicating ideas are still new and more about the message itself rather than using her abilities to manifest change on the physical plane.

Yay Moongold! Yes, the Page of Swords is what I had in mind. While her mind was preoccupied with the desire to create, love and nurture, and her body had potential for this, that energy was blocked. The spirit had something else in mind first...It was calling to her new ability/desire (not yet something she had mastered which might be better represented by the Queen or King) to communicate ideas- communication and intellect being in the realm of swords. Perhaps this was a call to her to experiment with a new talent for speach, music, or writing. Forms of communication that travel on the air, across time and space.. the page of swords as message bearer.
