I am sure this will be too easy as well, but I liked it so much. It is a bit unconventional for this thread, but it is quite comical, so I will use it anyway to add a bit of humour.
Collect the materials.Familiar things are best.Twigs, feathers, stones.
Letters, photographs, mementoes, old bones, dried grass, pressed flowers......
Remember where you saw such things then retrace your steps and gather them up in your mouth.
Bring them home to your room. Chew them to a pulp using soil and Saliva to bind them.
Spit the pulp into the corner until a nice heap is built.
THAT'S HOW TO BUILD IT ! What to do with it is the NEXT stage.

Gee, I thought someone would get it first go, it is very basic really. It is a minor, and if you just look at the very most basic meaning in it, not try to analyze it at all. There is one line that gives it away , I was sure you would get it immediately. It is just a fun puzzle, most of it is just silly detail. Look for the simplest meaning there is in it.
Won't tell you which line, though it is obvious to me, because that would really give it away.
Try again please..... so far, the guesses have been very clever, but none are correct.

Tigerlily, welcome to the game !!!
And guess what.... you are absolutely correct ! it was indeed the three of wands.
Michael Leunig is a cartoonist and comedy writer I guess you could say. I thought this particular piece of writing was very close to the three of wands . The whole idea of preparing and putting together a project, going to a lot of trouble to complete it, only to find that it is only stage one completed, and that in fact, after reaching that stage, you realise that new possibilities have become apparent, that you didn't realise before.
Suddenly, you look at what you have achieved, and must then continue to stage 2.There is the period of time where you stand back and look at what you have so far completed.... Hence the line
"THAT'S HOW TO BUILD IT, what to do with it is the next STAGE "
Hope you all see what I mean.
Anyway, it was kind of a fun one, just for a change of approach. Hope nobody minded
Over to you tigerlily, well done friend!

A card that came up not so long ago in a reading for me about having everything ready for further development. Was good to hear at the time. Will get back soon with a clue for you. I need to think on this.
