Harken, Oh communicator dispensing waters of Knowledge, thou unfolded cube of space upon which the Rose is unveiled ; Harken and by water journey. Declare thy Love , the triple opening of they Soul's birth upon the expedient shore , and proclaim to the one in a state of inner uncertainty: <> (I have here used comments and images from the Crowley/Harris, Rider/Waite/Colman-Smith and Marseille decks)

The first part of the clue played on Mercury (as communicator) and Aquarius (dispensing the waters) of Knowledge (Science), all of which are on the Crowley/Harris deck.
Likewise the unfolded cube (the cross) upon which the six points of the sword seemingly form a rose.
The 'by water journey' and the 'expedient shore' are combinations of Waite's text and the image upon that deck.
The 'triple opening of thy Soul's birth' refers to the image of the triple vesica piscis/birth canal apparent upon the Marseille, and the proclamation (to the one in a state of inner uncertainty: <>) is a very close paraphrase (virtually a quote) from Joseph Maxwell's The Tarot regarding the six of swords reversed.
Maybe the clue was too easy, or too cluey was firemaiden!
