I don't know about the nursery rhyme, as the only version I have ever heard is very racially offensive for your missing word, however I can only guess the Tower, due to the falling component. A.

Ohh! Alibee! The missing word is supposed to be TIGER. I consider this card to be related to the Tower. But it is not the tower. It is not a Major.
