This reading is for an unknown situation and person seeking advice... I just pulled three cards:XVIII the Moon, mysterium , Knight of Cups Here the person is first warned against loosing him or herself in the illusory aspects to which they may loose themselves in. The querent is encouraged to come out of the depths and not only look at the reflective surfaces, but what lies behind the appearances.
This is further evidenced by the second card, which suggests that an outward focus be made, and active decisions, taking into consideration one's own feelings and insights, be forthrightly made.
Only then will the Cup from the Knight be able to be brought...

What agreat game, JMD :)
I thought the Two Swords.
The woman is blindfolded as if she does nor want, or is unable to, see beyond her own self. She is very finely balanced between reality and illusion. Behind her lie the blue, inviting waters of illusion (same as in the RWS Moon card). They are lapping at the stool she is seated on and they could come up with the tide and engulf her.
The 2 Swords, I think, symbolize her choice and her dilemma. If she holds on to them. she will not free herself to see the encroaching tide and it will inexorably sweep into its arms. Such a peacful, inviting blue it is!
Or she can choose to put the Swords down, remove the blindfold from her eyes and take the cup offered by the Knight.

7 of wands? -- facing this outwardly?
or perhaps four of cups rx?

I can see how either the 2 swords or the 7 wands would possibly fit - but neither is the the card...

I am thinking Justice. Outward focus, decisions, taking into consideration feelings and insight (balance). All sounds like Justice to me.

Mmm...I am hovering between 2 wands and 3 Wands but will go for 3 Wands because I think this more about creative imagination.
One hovers in the depths of the unconscious, processing all sorts of things, and then emerges full of sharpness, power and energy to make decisions, enact the unconscious processing. 3 combines the qualities of 1 and 2. 2 balances and 3 acts.

Hard clue.
How about Chariot? I thought this initially but didn't see the Chariot as representing the most reflective of the cards :)
Certainly could be seen as outward focused. The two sphinx's could indicate balance. There is a determination to enact inward resolutions.
Hmmm?
