not the chariot either.. but you're getting close! If I were to ride the chariot, I could actually control the horses hint: potnia theron really gives it away.. but not all of us are into ancient history I guess..

I am non other then strenght: potnia theron; the mistress of the wild beasts, controlling the wild I have no fixed place in the order: VIII or XI without shadow I am 2d: we need to embrace our darker side to become complete persons a duality: the feminin and the power, the loving control congrets jmd, it's your turn now!

Thanks temperlyne... and a wonderful clue it was (and valued help!) It would be also great if you were to add your comments and a link to the image in Tarot History & Iconography: XI - La Force. This is the kind of stuff which adds to our collective research into the iconography of the Tarot image - irrespective of its 'proper' history... Thanks again for this wonderfully instructive thread!
