Can we nominate unpublished decks? I think the Curious tarot is one of the weirdest-looking decks I've ever seen, which was probably the intention, given the name.
Otherwise I would say the Tarocco Erotico dei Giardini di Priapo. Maybe I'm just a prude, but to me, that is weird!

arcana: I was thinking of the Garden of Penises deck..i dont consider myself prude..but that deck!
I consider the Gnomes deck a bit odd. It is hilarious tho.

weird decks imo are the themed decks.
the medical one is a great example ofcourse, but i think so many themed decks are just plein weird, its just for commercial purposes they are being created, and you cant read with them at all.
some artdecks also qualify, i have one myself that suits the weird category, the giger. its more than weird.

There seem to be quite a few votes for the Fantatic Medical, which just depicts some of the parts that allow us to have an opinion. Maybe reality is weird, but I'll vote for the Terrestrial.

I'd vote for the Giger; it does NOT appeal to me. I love dark, gothic decks, but some of those cards are plain disturbing (eg. The Hanged Woman - yuk!). Some themed decks aren't particularly enlightening, but the Giger seems to have been created purely for shock. Can anyone actually read with it?

i vote for the neuzit aka the new age deck. it's a rather artsy deck but even i can't handle but so much bizarreness.
i actually found the med tarot more interesting than weird but then i once worked in a medical related field. i wish i'd had that deck when i was studying anatomy and physiology. it might have made studying more interesting. now i have to really study that link to see if i can figure out why certain cards were correlated to a body part...

personally i find the Dog tarot one of the strangest i've found, i mean who thought it up to turn normal dogs and whack them with psycodelic backgrounds!!!
or one that would be strange if someone would get round to inventing it. The chess tarot.

Most of the aforementioned decks are, to me, wierd in a kind of expected weird way; weird on purpose, wierd to shock by style.
To me the unexpectedly weird, weird by association, the kind that make me sit back and say "Whaaa...?" are truly weird. Two of these are:
Tarot of the Tailors and
Arcani del Porco.
