OK now is the time to lower the class of the lyric game down to my songs.
OK this song is taken from a feature length SCOOBY-DOO mystery.
from "Scooby-Doo on zombie island" a class film.
{I just had to do it.}
The song is "THE GHOST IS HERE"
Music by Tom Snow
Lyrics by Glenn Leopold
Performed by Skycycle.
sorry if it's not exactly write i wrote it down from the film.
"
Another scary night,
Another spooky fright,
And we just might be in danger.
But the ghost is here
And it's always a fake,
The ghost is here
There's no reason to shake,
Oh give us a break,
It's fake.
Another ghoul attacks,
He's breathing down our backs,
So we're making for the exit.
Oh the ghost is here
He's a crook in a suit,
The ghost is here
He's protecting some loot,
The ghost is here
Ah give him the boot,
He's fake.
It doesn't matter where we go, we know,
A ghost is gonna show, and so,
we look for the bogus, look for the scam,
Every time the ghost is a sham.
We see an eerie light,
And if the moon is right,
Then we just might sight a monster.
Oh the ghost is here
It's a frightening task,
To face our fears
And the creep in the mask,
Until the ghost is here
There's no reason to ask,
He's fake.
"
Hope it's not TOO easy, and sorry but i PROB won't be able to check answers till thursday, Sorry.

Ok - my shot at this is the Moon: all that facing fears and illusions...

I'm guessing here - Five of Swords? On my favourite deck, Vargo's Gothic, this cards shows a jester sitting on the throne, with the king's head on a spike - he pretended to be something else to get what he wanted, let others underestimate him so he could win more easily. There's something very scary about jesters and clowns...
And even in less gothic decks, the Five of Swords often shows a thief, or someone who could be interpreted as such?

I'd guess 9 of Swords, because the song seems to me to be about worrying too much about nothing.

Since it seems to be about getting away with something I'll guess the 7 of Swords.

Congratulations Major Tom. Indeed it was the 7 Swords.
The whole "lied to" sort of form where the actual ghost just turn out to be people in masks and suit. Betrayed-ness.
Your up to the plate, (i.e. your turn.)
