I know!!!!!

9 of Swords. *Going off to find a nice literary quote for the new thread.*

jmd  22 Dec 2003
in RWCS imagery, how about the eight Cups?

(just in case Diana's in error - though i wouldn't dare presume such :))

Dark Eyes  23 Dec 2003
Justice?

Minderwiz  23 Dec 2003
Well Diana was nearly right - nine of swords was one of the cards I considered but I'm afraid it's not that!

Neither is it the 8 of cups or any of the others

Humpf! I bet you're just saying that 'cos you don't want me to win the game. I mean, what proof do we have that the 9 of Swords was not the card you thought of? Did you get a notary in to testify this? Did you put the name of the card in a sealed envelope and put it in a Swiss bank safe for security?

Sigh..........

*without much conviction in my voice*: 6 of Swords.

Bean Feasa  23 Dec 2003
The Hierophant?

Minderwiz  23 Dec 2003
BEAN FEASA WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it's the Hierophant.

The search for meaning and truth, moral development, teaching, learning,

Well it's over to you - for the next round.

PS Diana, the notary is on the way round with written proof of my thought processes (such as they are).

Bean Feasa  23 Dec 2003
Woo-hoo! I knew it!

Slight problem though - I'll be offline for the holidays from today, so I'm afraid I'm no use as a quote-setter for the moment. I'll pass the baton to any interested takers? Diana - how about you, since you were on the verge of looking up a quote anyway -maybe it was meant to be...!!:)
I wish you all a wonderful Christmas, and a happy, tarot-laden 2004!
blessings,
Kate

Minderwiz  23 Dec 2003
Thanks Bean Feasa - I'll also try and persuade Diana to have a go!

Diana  23 Dec 2003
Oh goody. (See? It was the 9 of Swords..... ).

Minderwiz  23 Dec 2003
OK as long as the clue isn't Arnie saying 'I'm your worst nightmare'

Coz we all know what the answer will be :D
