What Card Am I? - Solved

Thread originally posted on the Aeclectic Tarot Forum on 02 Dec 2003, and now archived in the Forum Library.

This comes from Pungent Paragraphs by Leewin Williams published in 1926.

A member of a congregation, becoming angry at a sermon the minister was preaching, wrote a single word "Fool!" on a sheet of paper, called an usher to him and had it delivered to the minister in the middle of his sermon. The minister opened the paper and read what was written, then he said, "An unusual thing has happened. A member of the congregation has signed his name without writing the letter."

Good Luck!

Remember only one answer per post.

7/Wands?
Giving back as good as you get?

Indigo Rose  03 Dec 2003
Justice was the first card coming to mind.

Mystic Zyl  03 Dec 2003
Sorry not the card I had in mind, however I have 2 votes for Justice! All were excellent answers.

Queen/Swords?

Mystic Zyl  03 Dec 2003
Gloria your answers are all stellar, but no. You are on the right track.

gloria  03 Dec 2003
Right then back to the card I deleted. Ace/Swords?

Hitting the mark, power of intellect?

Mystic Zyl  03 Dec 2003
Gloria you are still on the right track, you are getting warmer.

Diana  03 Dec 2003
I was also going to say Ace of Swords.

So I'll go for the Queen of Swords - she can be humouristically sarcastic without too much effort.

Dark_angel  03 Dec 2003
Ace of Pentacles? Grounded, yet not limited to reading of a page. Able to think on his feet and have the confidenece to make a joke to turn the insult around?

jmd  03 Dec 2003
in the RWCS scenic imagery, with the 'winner' looking back at those who would have defeated him:

5 swords?

wheel of fortune

what goes around comes around

gloria  04 Dec 2003
King/Swords?

Mystic Zyl  04 Dec 2003
JMD is the winner, yes it is the 5 of Swords.

Okay jmd your turn!

Thanks for playing, everyone.

gloria  04 Dec 2003

Mystic Zyl  04 Dec 2003
Yep, Gloria jmd is deep.
