The rules are simple. The clue must be given as it would on Jeopardy and the answer must be given as a question.
OK Here we go,
In this German Designed deck, The backdrop for the scales of Justice are a fanning of peacock feathers.

What is the Margarete Petersen Tarot?
I'm pretty sure I'm wrong but it's the only German deck I know of :)

I'm sorry Dead Star it's not the Margarete Petersen deck.
If no one has it by the morning, I will add to the clue.

Oh poor Diana! All of us North Americans must have you so confused. I noticed that Moongold didn't know who Johnny Depp was :D He was just named Sexiest Man Alive (although I personally don't think he's so great). Jeopardy is a FAMOUS trivia show here that's been around forever (although I'm not a big fan of that either lol).
Well since nobody's guessing and I'm way off topic, I believe I've got it figured out.
"What is the Haindl Tarot!"
