hee hee... I recently saw it written: "if life give you lemons... stick 'em in your bra." ;)
okay... back to tarot... my guess is: oh, it could be so many! I will go with my third guess, The Hanged Man. As it is all a matter of perspective.

If you're following Rider Waite cards, which I suppose, I would guess 5 of Pentacles (I think.... I mean the card with those two freezing cold people that look like they've come out of a Charles Dickens story.)

Mystic...you're on the right lines there.
Joya (angel-in-training?) :) ...bit of a lop-sided view that.
And Diana....brrrr...are you suggesting the freezing couple could do with a hot lemon drink? :)
Sorry guys. :(

Good guess Diana...but not the one.

haha. okay... for my NEXT guess... how about the 2 of pentacles??? As it is all a balancing act. You got a lemon on one hand, why not use the other hand to make lemon-aid... ? Shift of focus, priority, etc. ... Ya?

How about the Magician? Using what you've got to do what you need to do.

The Fool? It sounds like the kind of positive thinking that would help him on his journey.

Lovers....... since it represents choice.
Trash 'em or make lemonade.
Love 'em or leave 'em.
The magician's a better answer, but I've been beat to it, so I'll go with the Lovers.

My guess is Queen of Wands.
She can represent versatility and creativity and even perhaps a generous friend who is willing to share when she makes lemonade for you. She will then enjoy being admired and put centre stage for her creative display of turning the ordinary into the stimulating or refreshing!

My guess is TEMPERANCE. She's the mixer and the blender, so why not lemon lemonade.

Yeah, but you could cut it in half :D.
My guess was the Magician, but since it's taken then I'll go for...7 of pentacles.
Blessings,

I liked VelvetMirage's answer too, in fact so much I did not post an answer I was so sure that was the answer.
Jewel-ry beat to the ace of wands, so ........
9 of cups.....wishing to make the best of things...also lots of cups for lemonade.

I'm worried that a lot of you may have over-dosed on lemons here!
VelvetMirage's idea of 'using what you have' is spot on, but The Magician is not the card I had in mind.

Two of Pentacles? Having to use what you have until you get more, and just making the best of it.

How about The Sun?
This is a guess from left field - but it could be The Sun brings a strong sense of enthusiasm - the Sun's energy is of the "can do" variety. Its joyful energy has a positive influence - an emphasis on action and positive thought - therefore receiving lemons and thinking positively what can be done with them - lemonade!

hmm this is definately an impressive quote!!!
I think Majecot might have got it, the star was gonna be my next guess anyway!
Erm well maybe if this is more metaphorical lemons and lemonade, I suppose it might be the "King of Cups" with him being all diplomatic and stuff.

No still no, I can't believe it!
A clue maybe?
Speaking metaphorically here, (hope that's the right word) if I were to make a wonderfully refreshing and tasty drink from a couple of sour and bitter tasting old lemons, I'd feel that I had 'succeeded' in creating something more worthwhile and beneficial for me rather than leaving them in the bowl to shrivel up and go hard.
(NO good for the bra then Joya! :))
It's about succeeding in making full use of the skills we already possess.
The more I read this the less clear it becomes, so over to you! :)

Sorry DarkEyes and Matt but again no.
2 clues:-
Not a Major
It's also about success. This person didn't achieve success by sitting on her butt and accepting life's 'lemons.'
Does this help? :)

This quote is about making the best of what life throws at you. Being aware of, and making use of skills we all possess in one way or another.
The Nine/Discs is about success. Not so much on a worldly level, but more to do with the success of making something of ourselves from the circumstances and conditions we have been dealt.
YOU GOT IT!!!!!
Thank goodness JMD...people here are still waiting for breakfast!
Over to you JM. :)
