Is there any games i could play with my deck to get to know the cards a little better?

Snuggles, I will start a game using the Rider Waite called 20 Questions. You should be OK to play with your Radiant Rider Waite, although you will have to bear in mind that colouring will be slightly different. Look out for the post. J :)

Snuggle, you could try a form of flash cards. Get some blank index cards (no lines), and on the front of each index card put the name of a tarot card, and then on the back put what that tarot card means to you. Make sure you can't see through the index cards. Once you have done all the labeling, starting small maybe 4, take that number of tarot cards and lay them in a line in front of you. Then take the index cards that match those cards, turn them over so the meanings are upright and the names are face down, shuffle them, and lay them one under each tarot card. Then try and match the correct index card with the correct tarot card. Once you think you have them right, turn them over and check. The ones you know, set aside, the ones you don't know, put back in the deck and start again. The writing down of the names and meanings should help get the info into your head, and the practicing of matching them should make sure it stays there. :) Once you feel you know them all, you can try matching 8, then maybe 12. The larger the number, the more difficult it may be and the more sure you can be that you really do know the cards. Hope this helps some. BlueManticore
