From Averroës De doctrina promiscua (1490):As Avicenna affirms, the human soul has the power to transform things. In fact, the violent longing in man can fulfil whatever he wishes, straightaway, as the magicians testify and the Christian faith confirms where it says: 'If you have as much faith as a grain of mustard, and you say this mountain move, the mountain will move' [...] But whoever wants to know what makes this violent feeling - faith - work in us, must listen to the words of Galen [...] : 'The doctor in whom the sick confide, and in whose hands they put themselves, heals all the more' [...] Avicenna therefore is not wrong in stating [...] that all the action of such faith is more effective than all instruments and medicines. (reprinted in Eugenio Garin's Astrology in the Renaissance: the Zodiac of Life , RKP 1983 (orig. 1976) pp 44-5)

The Empress!
She has great creative power, far more powerful than the rational orderly instruments of the Emperor.

The whole quote is about Faith - which I tend to iconographically link to the Pope/Hierophant :)
