GIVING IN MAY SOMETIMES BE THE BEST WAY TO SUCCEED!

What card am I? :)

Hi gloria :D
I'd go for 6 of pentacles but I'm affraid it would be too obvious.

Hi Agathe :D
Welcome Nitegoddess...
And to Kim and Dark_angel....sorry but no.
I expected it to be guessed straight away...but hey! I mustn't start getting jittery just yet.
And it's early days yet for a list...isn't it?
So press on guys. :)

Six of Swords? Thinking of the RWS versions?

Five of Swords - success by just leaving the scene?

mercenary30  27 Feb 2004
Nine of Swords?

Facing your fears to make them go away?

gloria  27 Feb 2004
SPOT ON LADY MARY!! Five of Swords it is!

You’d be mistaken in thinking the figure in the foreground holding the swords is the true victor in this scenario, although at first glance it very much looks like it.
The figure in the background retreats humiliated and shamed.
The middle guy has put down his sword too, but he’s having none of it. He neither wants to be demeaned in this way, nor be the one to take the advantage.
He is able to walk away from it with his head held high! He surely is the true victor?
Over to you Lady Mary.....

Agathe  27 Feb 2004
Duh, I, OF COURSE misunderstood the line completely. I'm an idiot, that's it!
But, Lady Mary, congratulations :)

Gloria, thanks for this one :D

Blessings,
Agathe
