They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Not sure if the focus of the quote is:
1. Those who won't give up essential liberties for safety
2. Those who will give up essential liberties for safety, or
3. Rebellion for essential liberties
But I'll start with option #2 and say:
The Fool?

You appeal to my puzzling logical brain.....in a realm in which I try to be intuitive...............tempting...but I will just answer NO it is not the fool.
But this card WAS a fool.........(DOH!)

Nailed it right on the head, hedgecub!
The poor person, blindfolded and surrounded by swords is the living result of what happens when you give up freedoms for security……….nuff said.
Congratulations hedgecub, then next one is all yours.
Thanks to the rest of you for playing.
