It's been a while since we had the Lyric clue game, and seeing as there is no other game going at this moment I thought I would resurrect it. Perhaps it is too difficult for some to find lyrics but here goes anyway. lyrics from..... "Like an Angel Passing Through My Room" Song By ABBA [/size][/font] What card am I...? Hi Gloria, and welcome to this thread eastarot ! None of these cards are the one i was thinking of, but both would fit well. You are both on the right track in a way, there is introspection, also recalling memories, but not the card yet. Gloria, this song was written by Abba, but it is sung by Anne Sofie Von Otter on a C.D with Elvis Costello. If you ever get chance to listen to it, I recommend you do. It is the most beautiful tune, very haunting. Try again my friends, you will get it soon I am sure. D..... ;)

Hi anda big welcome to the thread janomalee, hope you enjoy the forum as much as the rest of us. Also a warm hello to Lu, but the Queen of cups isn't the card I am thinking of, neither is the 9 of swords. ..so far, all the cards would fit one way or another, will give a clue soon if nobody guesses. I can see how queen of cups, a very emotional and somewhat forlorn lady could fit, also the anguish that could come with 9 of swords. Unfortunately, I must ask you all to keep trying. Not the moon sorry Lu, I didn't know Lu was your nickname, just thought I'd shorten your name for the thread,... also I like the name Lu! I hope you don't mind..?... :) I see why you came up with the moon, there is an element of despair and mental torture in the words of the song, one could be thought to be going crazy or almost having a breakdown. I am focusing more on the reflection and emotion... I can give moe clues if you like...? Love D. :)

Oh Lu, Somebody already said the hermit... it's not the card, but a good guess ! I found a lot of sadness in the words to the song, somebody reflecting and feeling alone, mourning a love lost or gone wrong. The grieving process is very lonely and the fleeting ,almost dreamlike thoughts and feelings of loss that come and go must be dealt with before one can again move forward. You will definitely get it now. D. xox ;)

Sounds like the 5 of cups from your clue, but I recently guessed that for another quote and was incorrect. Hmmmmm..... Maybe I'm just in a 5 of cups mood!

Sorry Lu, MattDouglas is right. You did all the hard work, but he guessed the right card, so I have to congratulate him. Well done MattDouglas, yes it was indeed the 5 of cups. ..A time of grieving and intense sadness, memories floating around like an angel passing through the room, memories both happy and sad, unavoidable but necessary. A time when your mind plays tricks almost because the grief is too strong for your emotions to deal with, therefor the half awake and half in dreams. Any hope of regaining the love is gone, just like the embers as they burn and disappear. .... I hope you aren't feeling too much 5 of cups MattDouglas, that wouldn't be very good at all my friend... :( Over to you MD, thanks for all your efforts Lu. Awaiting the next game.... Anxious, pacing,.... fidgeting in anticipation.................
