I'm going for Ace/Cups for the deep water aspect of it...and that a true...deep love cannot be 'moved' either. :)

I feel like I keep coming back to this little guy, but how about the 9 of Wands? He stands fast though attacked, by tapping his deep reserves of inner strength...........

I'm wondering if this quote is to do with something or somebody being static...not moving on.
The guy in 4/Pents looks like he is pretty much stuck where he is....the city behind him being very much in the distance.

Congratulations gloria!!!
I chose the 4 of Pentacles because of its connotations of immobility, and also for its connection with the element of earth and physical reality. A well cannot be moved because of the physical location of the water source; similarly, the 4 of Pentacles may not move because the man has found a source of material wealth that suits him and wishes to stay where he is to draw on it.
Over to you, gloria!

Well done (AGAIN!!! :)) Gloria...
...and just before I read this, I see that gloria has asked if I could suggest the next one-line quote on her behalf - which I gladly accept, if that's alright with everyone... it's actually been a while, given that I use to also have a run of these :)
