I'm not sure if this is a accepted part of the rules, but it's still guessing what the card is. So I'm going to try something new, to see how well you know your card combinations.

What would the likely other card be in combination with 4 swords, if it was to be interpretated like this:-

It of course partly depends on how one reads...

...but to enter the game as it may very well appear to me it I were to have said something of the kind given a 2-card spread with the Four Swords being one of these.

The four swords may already tell me that they are engaged in action with others in order to bring something stable to bear within a community. The central flower may indeed indicate that this is being held within the sanctity of the commune's enclosed and secure foundation, awaiting its birth.

Given this, one likely card which may indeed shift the focus of the overall reading to the need to re-evaluate their life and see what they have learned from the 'problem' may be the Tower.

"Enormous amount of pressure"....

Sounds like the 10 of Wands!

Phoenix Rising  25 May 2004
Yeah a little close there JMD, but not quite

Seven of wands?

jmd  25 May 2004
Hanged Man?

Dakota  25 May 2004
Darn, I would have said 10 of wands, but since that is "taken", how about the 9 of wands?

BTW, I like this new version of the game!!

hedgecub  25 May 2004
Or what about the 9 of Swords?

DewDrop  25 May 2004
What about Eight of Cups?

8cups: traps and emotional blocks - 4sword: putting down your weapons and getting even...

Phoenix Rising  25 May 2004
Not at the moment team!

Dakota  25 May 2004
uhhhhhhhh, 10 of swords???

gloria  26 May 2004
Judgement?

Dark Eyes  26 May 2004
I was going to go with judgement too Gloria, I bet you are correct.

Any way, seeing as Gloria posted my guess, I will go with... 5 of cups. Learning to accept what has happened and move on forward. Build the bridge and get over it.

??????????... ;)

How about the Hanged Man?

I was looking at the 4 of Swords as the re-evalution, but the card does show three of them above the person, so maybe the 4 is the pressure, and thus I need a re-evalutation card, aka The Hanged Man.

YES GLORY GIRL, ABOUT TIME! JUDGMENT FOR THE EVALUATION AND LEARNING FROM THE PROBLEM

So did you guys like the spin on guessing the card in combination with another?

Dakota  26 May 2004
Yes, I think it's a keeper and should be added to the list of games! :D

gloria  26 May 2004
YES, GLORY GIRL THINKS IT'S A GREAT GAME!!!
Especially since I guessed right.

Right, all laughter is at an end, this is serious stuff...I have to go away and think....

Dark Eyes  26 May 2004
