Its The Hierophant, or more like the shadow side of the Hierophant.

This reminds me of how we tend to over institutionalize things and act out group beliefs and world views, which is an aspect of the hierophant

The singer obviously wants some spiritual knowledge to explain his predicament, and the card also stands for a teacher who has some sacred knowledge.
"Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned"
The Hierophanat is about group learning and institutionalized learning

The singer knows what he believes as a group (the hierophant) but not as an individual.

Reminds me of the stuffy side of the Hierophant, which is inflexible and dislikes change in institutions, especially in religious ones where you are likely to be called a radical and such if you try to change anything...
