Found something online :D THE RUNAWAY by Robert Frost Once when the snow of the year was beginning to fall, We stopped by a mountain pasture to say 'Whose colt?' And now he comes again with a clatter of stone And mounts the wall again with whited eyes And all his tail that isn't hair up straight. He shudders his coat as if to throw off flies. 'Whoever it is that leaves him out so late, When other creatures have gone to stall and bin, Ought to be told to come and take him in.'

These are all very valid guesses. I had even thought of taking The Fool or the Eight of Swords... But I haven't, I thought another card would stand even better for the experience of the poor little colt... Guess on :)

Sorry, still not the one. The Devil is quite close though- Snow is not really dangerous, the little guy's troubles are coming from his own mind... Does that make it too easy ;)

Cool! The little guy was in a situation that was emotionally terrifying but physically not dangerous -and- if he'd gone to the barn, he would have found shelter. That was why I guessed 5 of pentacles first. I also considered 10 of swords, but he was trying to "save" himself by finding a way out so the 10 of swords didn't really make sense. Good one! Maria
