Tarot Tunes

OK, here's a suggestion for a game: how about coming up with well-known pieces of music, and see what card association we come up with. We could have, say, up to 3 associations per tune, then move on to the next tune. The music can be any genre - classical, baroque, rock, world, country, jazz, R&B, hip-hop, latin, anything that is not unknown to an audience outside your country (so I won't suggest La Lioba des Armaillis ;) )

Even if you don't know the tune you can jump in, it could be even funnier to see what does come up.

I'll kick off:

Miles Davis, Kind of Blue

3 of Swords - Maroon 5 - "She Will Be Loved"

Is this the way it's suppose to go?
I'm just abit confused.

Hi WhiteRaven

just post a weel-known tune (well-known also outside your country), and someone else will suggest a card; or you answer someone else's tune suggestion with a card you think fits...

So: "She Will Be Loved" - that reminds me of Temperance. One might not love her when unregulated passion rules, but one day...

Ooh, neat idea! Is it okay if I post bits of the lyrics, too? It's hard for me to figure out otherwise. :)

Okay, WR:
Quote:
Honestly ... honestly ... honestly
Alone in my bed
The things that you said
Go round in my head ... still
It seems to be true
That nothin' I do
Can influence you ...

Justice.

Now I bet people will remember this song but I'll put up the chorus anyway:  Michael Jackson "Billie Jean"

(I'm a child of the eighties, what can I say?) Extra points if it starts playing in your head. :D

Quote:
People always told me be careful of what you do
And don't go around breaking young girls' hearts
And mother always told me be careful of who you love
And be careful of what you do 'cause the lie becomes the truth

Billie Jean is not my lover
She's just a girl who claims that I am the one
But the kid is not my son
She says I am the one, but the kid is not my son
