Page of Wands - Negative

I did the 'Golden dawn' spread from www.tarotspreads.com and i drew the Page of Wands as forces beyond my control... i was wondering whether anyone can tell me something about what this card represents as a negative... I know court cards generally represent people, and that pages are emotionally forthwright, and wands are usually the mind, emotions, and so fourth. Just looking for another interp really... Thanks in Advance.

The Page of Wands can be a gossip, a prankster and a spendthrift. He can be shallow in that he cares more about looks and image than substance. He also may have a tendency to be lazy or at least always looking for shortcuts to success. He might be sexually promiscuous or likely to use sex as a means of getting his way. On the flip side, I don't think there is any true evil intent, he just can't help himself sometimes.

Thank you, that was more helpful than i thought it would be. I may do another reading on this, as i think it concerns a friend of mine. I want to help my friend, but he wont tell me anything, and then i find out from someone else he is annoyed, or being moody. I think with a reading i can help, does anyone have any suggestions as a spread to use... or think i shouldn't do it?

If the Page of Wand is representative of your friend, but he came up as "forces beyond your control", then I don't think you can help him unfortunately. He is who he is and probably doesn't seek change at this time. What you can change, however, is your side of the relationship and whether or not you let the lack of emotional intimacy he offers bother or worry you. Laurel

Sparring you the details, we are admins of a group that runs a monthly event, and he is angry with a few others in the commuinity, it may cause problems if he goes off at them (as he has in the past)... this is all because of some things that have happened in the past... Funny laurel, i didn't make that connection, thank you. I guess your right, i just want to know what is going on, so i can handle this better, i get the feeling i'm not doing too well... Maybe you should ask a more specific set of questions. 1. What is going on with our relationship? 2. Is it affecting the situation of concern? 3. How am I reacting? 4. What can I do to improve the outcome of this situation. 5. Are there any other forces involved. In one view pages are baby energy yet to be and all you can do is prepare for it to come. It is too young to shape just yet. Also forces beyond your control aren't always bad. Sometimes pages aren't people but situations like a new inspiration or motivation for wands.

I agree with Juice- those would be excellent questions to ask. You have my complete sympathy, Daniel. It sounds like your friend needs a life message that admins/moderators should be moderate as in temperate. They're there to help shape the cohesion and equilibrium of the group, not throw gasoline on open flame. Laurel

Well to be honest i did the reading before i got involved, to see what energys were present, I originally interpreted the Page of Wands as another friend of mine, however i was quite wrong in that interpretation... the page of wands may have now come to full term, thanks for the advice, i think i will do another reading.
