Looking for a specific spread please

Now I know there was a thread on this some time ago...but I can't find it so I am hoping someone can share with me here... I am looking for the Past Life Spread, it's a fairly comprehensive one...anyone know it?

Hi you. I searched the forums for the Konraad's spread, as I remembered it being called, and there are different threads devoted to parts of the spread, since it is fairly comprehensive.
