How would read for someone who's not physically present at
the reading ? Is it ever a good idea to read for someone who
really isn't into tarot ?
I've had a burning desire to read for people who are not really
into tarot.....Hubby, for example.
I wouldn't want him to be present because his disbelief would only distract me, but I would love to do an "absentee" reading on him.
What do you think ???

I'm in the same boat, my husband doesn't like my tarot hobby at all. I tend to keep it well away from him. But I have done readings for him, I usually let him know if anything interesting comes out of them. I'm trying to convert him :)
I don't think there is anything wrong with it but I know there are a few readers on here who don't think you should read for anyone who doesn't want a reading or who isn't interested.

My hubby has a "live and let live" policy when it comes to that.
I was exploring Wicca as a possible permanent spiritual choice
and he was OK with it. I even set up an altar in my basement.
He really doesn't mind if I'm into it, but he's more a "If you can
prove it or show it to me, I'll believe it!!!!" kinda' guy.
Thanks for the insight.

I should respond to this, since I started one of the threads refered to.
I've learned a lot since then about internet reading. I've been pleasantly surprised about how powerful it can really be!
It is possible to make that connection, it can be halfway across the world but it still happens...One of my favorite cards is The Web in the Sacred Circle deck. Those of you familiar with that deck might undersand what I'm trying to say, about the universal connection that exists between us all.
