Looking at past events - reasons why

Hello all, Does anyone know a good spread for looking at the reasons, actions, thoughts etc that had lead to a particular situation? I know about the Ankh, have posted it before, but wondering if anyone can help. Lets just say everything was going okay - now it's not - got the 3, 5, 7 and 6 of Swords and Death in a spread yesterday :(, the past was the page of cups. Looking for a good spread to see what I did wrong... Thanks

This might not be very helpful but... my suggestion is that you make your own spread. Any other spread someone might give you wouldn't be tailored to your needs. :) Kes
