majors and courts only

I've done a few readings for my little brother who's in 6th grade. He was wanting to know about his relationship with his girlfriend. I got only majors and courts in the first reading. Then about 3 or 4 weeks later I did the same reading for him and I got all courts and majors again. Anybody have any experience with that happening or any advise? It was basically telling him that a big change was happening (death, tower, etc). Any help would be appreciated. ~Wakeboarder

Can you give us the cards that came up & what the position meanings were? That makes all the difference. Sounds like the deck is trying to make a point.

See the problem is that those 2 readings were at my grandma's house and I didn't get a chance to write either of them down. Otherwise I would have typed them up earlier. I do remember that I used the Aeonx Relationship Spread. I was just hoping maybe Umbrae or someone would toss some toothpicks and know which cards were in which positions. ~Wakeboarder

Yes, the big things going on with a sixth grader and a girlfriend would definitely be boiling hormones. I think it's about that simple. LOL Sixth grade???? I was still stuffing my bra with toilet tissue in sixth grade.

Tower as phallus and world as vulva???? I missed that thread! I'm old, so I guess those associations don't come to me about those cards. LOL

Eden Gray, in "A Complete Guide to the Tarot" says: "The presence of many of the Major Arcana indicates that the answer to the Querrent's question is largely controlled by other people." I followed this statement for quite some time, but lately I have come to modify it just a little bit. I believe that the presence of a lot of Majors (say 3 or 4 in a 5-card spread) indicates that what the Querrent is asking about is largely outside his or her control. In this case (again, with not knowing the actual cards which came up in what positions) I have the general feeling that Teal and Tarotbear may be right about the "big changes" being primarily biologically related. However, you did mention court cards as well... do you recall which court cards and what the positions might have been?
