Hi folks!
I'm thinking of doing a comparative study of some of my decks, and I was thinking... Didn't Mr Waite present a keyword system to go with the Rider-Waite? If he did, does anyone know if it's available on the internet somewhere? I mean the Book of Thoth is out there, perhaps the waite system is too...?
And if I was to find these keywords in a book, would that be the Pictorial Key to Tarot...?
I'm not looking to any set of keywords to the Waite here, I'm looking for waite's own set - IF he made one! :)
Thanks in advance!
Jenny :)

Waite did write his own meanings for the cards, and the book he wrote was called 'The Pictorial Key To The Tarot'. I'm sure a good search for it (If you type in e-text as well) will give you a link to it... It's bound to be on the internet somewhere. You might also like to take a look at MacGregor Mathers' keywords, by searching for the e-text of Book T, which is on the net somewhere too...
I know you can buy the Pictorial Key to the Tarot in quite a few bookshops.

If you go to google and type in sacred-texts/tarot, it will bring you to The Pictorial Key to the Tarot.
There is a list of additional meanings.
