She made me shuffle the cards and said what the subject was(love). The I chose 3 cards and she said they were my past, present and future. The cards were,in this order, The Chariot, The Sun and The Devil.
She told me the chariot meant that I was looking for love for a long time withount success, the sun that I would find or already found someone, but that feeling could or not be reciprocal and this person would make a drastic change in my life, represented by the Devil.
Ok, she´s my friend I know her for a long time, but I´ve never saw this interpretation of those cards. What amazes me most is that they were mad accurate.
So, do you think this interpretation is belivable?

I've had readings where I could read the cards standardly, but they just said something to me, my gut said what it was they said, and they were right. It's probably what happened. Sometimes your instinct tells the story more than the cards' direct meanings.

believing is up to you...
tarot readings are done for guidance not as a final say on what's going to happen.
every tarot reader has the responsibility to inform their querents that the cards do not dictate the future, it is still the person invloved who decides his/her future. what appears in tarot readings are only *probable outcomes*
you can say that tarot readings are similar to trend analysis wherein you take the past and the present and predict, again, a *probable outcome*

That´s right, she said it was just a possible event and that we choose our destiny, but the past already happend and it was pretty accurate.
That´s what made me go wow.

Hi. I read with various decks and so sometimes cards which claim to mean something in the LWB is not what I am feeling about them. I have found that throwing the LWB's away and going with my gut instinct and intuition is much more reliable.
Hence, some Major Arcana cards say different things to me, depending which deck I am using. I believe that different decks say different things. For example, when I use the Witches' (Reed) tarot, many secrets will be revealed, sometimes a bit harshly to the querent. With the Goddess deck however, the cards are tranquil and the meanings are delivered in a more helpful, counseling-type manner.
Blessings, Michelle
