If you get ten of swords surrounded with positive
cards, when dealing with questions related to feelings, what are the possible meanings?
I know what 'ten of swords' mean but since I've read in a tarot card site that the surrounding cards are more important, I can't seem to get a clear picture of the real message when the ten of swords is surrounded with positive cards. Please help.

its somewhat difficult to say when i don't know the position of the cards..
but it could mean that your perception is the 10 of swords - basically making a huge stink out of something that maybe, in reality, isn't bad... (positive cards)...

I agree with Dolphinprincess, it would be easier for people to give you an answer if you posted:
1. The question
2. The position meanings
3. Which cards are in each positon
4. The deck you used as some decks read differently.
Without knowing those things all I can say is that it could mean that things have got as bad as they are going to get.
Or
You're blowing things out of proportion.
Love and light

First, calm down. I don't know where you read that "surrounding cards" are more important. All cards have import--majors a bit more than minors DEPENDING. And depending on the spread as well.
What does it mean? Related to feelings? As others noted, hard to say. You've gotta tell us the spread and what cards are where--but it could mean that the BAD feelings or whatever was getting in the way of those good feelngs is dead, over, finished.

the ten of swords has come up for me so many times, i no longer see it as a negative card. even though the traditional meaning is ruin, misfortune, loss, failure, and pain beyond words, i've begun to see it as simply "the end". and when i think of an end, i also see a beginning. for me, it's almost turned into a a minor "death" card, or a very minor tower.
for my card of the day, i've pulled the ten of swords twice this month alone. the second time was yesterday. today's card was death. yeah, change is coming...

It can mean difficult thought processes or difficult communications surrounding a matter. It doesn't, for me, usually indicate literal ruin. It can mean imagined ruin (difficult thought processes) or some person being a pain in the a** about something, making it more difficult than it should be to resolve. This can be you or another, so check your own thoughts and words (if this is a reading for you), as well as the other's.

I agree with Nexyjo; often it simply means the end of something. So look at what position it was in, and that will tell you what is ending.
Best of luck.

I agree with some of the others that this card signifies an End...but the positive thing is that it is an end that you can see!
A lot of other sword cards(for me at least) list warnings about things that may be going on behind the scenes, or behind your back.
In the ten...you find truth, and revelations.
You know exactly what's been going on, who stabbed you in the back, what is really the source of truth, so that you can come to terms with it, gather your strength, and move on past it.
The cards are all on the table now (in a matter of speaking!)
The sun comes up over the horizon, and it represents the end of a learning experience...and the beginning of a new way of looking at your life.
Time to heal. Time to move on.
