many spreads have an "outcome card"...
there have been several times that I have gotten a court card in this position...
court cards can be hard enough, but since they relate more to a person / personality, I am really unsure how to read them in an outcome position...
Any thoughts? Thank you.

Depends on the question, actually. Let's say you're having a problem and asking the cards how to solve it:
Outcome: This person will solve it. Thus, if you're having a problem at work--outcome is, the King of Wands (your energetic boss) can or WILL solve that problem.
OR
Outcome: You need to be LIKE this person in order to solve it. So you need to become the King of Wands--more energy, more aggression, more leadership--or WILL become the King of Wands in order to solve the problem.
OR you can look at the elements of the court cards and see what you get. A King might indicate leadership in that element (King + Air = leader in communications, in judgement, in problem solving--so lead the way!), a Queen might indicate the person who makes a leader's ideas real (Queen + Air = take advised solution and put it into effect. Do the math, make sure everyone has transcripts of what was said, figure out ways to enforce that judgement). Knights are fighters, they fight for the leader and protect the kingdom (Knight + Air = stand up for that judgement, that solution, argue it, protect it, enforce it). And, finally, pages are messangers (Page + Air = pass around e-mail on the subject).
Thus, one of these actions will be the outcome. Does that help?

Thirteen, thanks, that helps me too... I have always been a little confused on a Court Card in the outcome position.
I too am putting that in my "little purple book"
