when, shifting, one cards drops out

can you help me interpretate this thing? i'm doing reading for myself in this period about a person (men) that I know. a friend or what else i dont know yet.. it happend to me several times, quite often not to notice it, that when shuffling cards and thinking about him and the question I posed one card dropped out spontaneously and it was always the king of cup. what does all this mean? does it have a meaning? can you help me find it out?

Hi Lou, welcome to Aeclectic!!!! :D Please feel free to introduce yourself in the New Members section.... we looove saying WELCOME to our newest members :D I always pay attention to cards that 'flip out' when i am shuffling..... I also stop shuffling at that point and read the cards on the top of the deck. Sometimes, it is about the card on the top of the deck, not the card that flies through the air..... Anyway, this card. King of Cups, could mean any number of things.... sometimes it can indicate a healer or a physician...... More needs to be known about the question you had in your mind..... what the reading was about..... But if you don't want to share that, I would do another reading, putting the card in the center and draw 2 to 4 cards around it, for clarification....... hi skytwig and thanks for your welcome!! this person i know, is a guy i know recently (2 months) for work and who really ... let's say...inspires me.. but nothing has really happened between us. just some good and mutual collaboration at the moment. but..he strucks me someway...dont know how to explain better..
